【摘要】：如何加強學科建設是應用型本科院校本世紀初第二個10年發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略問題;探索通過學科交叉培養(yǎng)人才和開展研究的路徑是其重要戰(zhàn)略選擇;只有通過學科交叉才能適應社會需求、獲取辦學資源、深化人才培養(yǎng)改革、培育學校特色。應用型本科院校學科交叉戰(zhàn)略的重點是打破傳統(tǒng)體制機制,統(tǒng)籌教學和科研兩支隊伍,并突出其在學科交叉中的地位;要有傾向性的財政投入和政策支持;要強化開放合作意識。
[Abstract]:How to strengthen discipline construction is an important strategic issue for the development of applied undergraduate colleges in the second decade of this century, and exploring the path of training talents and carrying out research through interdisciplinary is an important strategic choice. Only by crossing disciplines can we meet the needs of the society, acquire the resources of running a school, deepen the reform of talent training and cultivate the characteristics of the school. The emphasis of the interdisciplinary strategy of applied undergraduate colleges is to break the traditional institutional mechanism, to coordinate teaching and research, and to stress their position in the discipline intersection, and to have financial input and policy support. We should strengthen the sense of openness and cooperation.
