【摘要】：對(duì)"高校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)赴海外培訓(xùn)"項(xiàng)目實(shí)施九年來的培訓(xùn)效果進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為該項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施促進(jìn)了國(guó)內(nèi)外高校的溝通和交流,有助于我國(guó)高校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)了解國(guó)外高水平大學(xué)的建設(shè)情況,開闊了國(guó)際視野;研修結(jié)束后,校長(zhǎng)們結(jié)合我國(guó)特色有選擇地在實(shí)踐中借鑒國(guó)外高水平大學(xué)的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),推動(dòng)了我國(guó)高等教育的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the training effect of "University leaders' overseas training" project over the past nine years, and considers that the implementation of the project has promoted the communication and exchange between domestic and foreign universities, and is helpful to the leaders of colleges and universities in our country to understand the construction of high-level universities abroad. After the completion of the study, the presidents selectively learn from the management experience of foreign high level universities in practice, which promotes the development of higher education in our country.
