【摘要】：在高校思想政治教育中探索如何塑造大學(xué)生健全人格具有一定的理論和實踐意義,有助于反思傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育的局限性,更新思想政治教育觀念,增強高校思想政治教育的實效性,促進青年大學(xué)生的成才進程。本文對高校在思想政治教育中如何塑造大學(xué)生健全人格進行了研究。 首先,本文從多學(xué)科角度對人格、健全人格概念進行了界定。剖析了健全人格構(gòu)成的三大要素及相互之間的辯證關(guān)系：心理人格是基礎(chǔ),法律人格是保障,道德人格是升華。我們在對大學(xué)生進行思想政治教育活動時,只有綜合考量,多方兼顧,做到心理人格、道德人格、法律人格相互協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,才能達到塑造健全人格的目的。 其次,探討了在高校思想政治教育中塑造大學(xué)生健全人格的必要性和可行性。從理論上看,在高校思想政治教育中塑造大學(xué)生健全人格具有一定的必要性,它有利于實現(xiàn)高校思想政治教育的根本目的：培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展、適應(yīng)社會的優(yōu)秀青年大學(xué)生,同時它也是高校思想政治教育發(fā)展的需要。在實踐層面,從新時期大學(xué)生的人格特點是否有利于大學(xué)生健全人格塑造為出發(fā)點,結(jié)合大學(xué)生自身、教育者、教育環(huán)境、教育內(nèi)容、教育方法五個方面綜合剖析高校思想政治教育在塑造大學(xué)生心理人格、法律人格、道德人格方面的可行性以及存在的阻力,并分析了受阻的原因,從而弄清“治療”的方向,做到有針對性的“治療”。 最后,本文論述了在高校思想政治教育中塑造大學(xué)生健全人格的目標、原則和路徑。本部分確立了在高校思想政治教育中塑造大學(xué)生健全人格的初級目標、中級目標和高級目標,闡述了在高校思想政治教育中塑造大學(xué)生健全人格時應(yīng)堅持以人為本和心理人格、法律人格、道德人格三者相互協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的原則,對在高校思想政治教育中塑造大學(xué)生健全人格的途徑進行了深入細致的探索。
[Abstract]:It is of theoretical and practical significance to explore how to shape the sound personality of college students in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities, which is helpful to reflect on the limitations of traditional ideological and political education and to renew the concept of ideological and political education. To enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and to promote the process of young college students' development. This paper studies how to shape the sound personality of college students in ideological and political education. First of all, this paper defines the concept of personality and sound personality from a multi-disciplinary point of view. This paper analyzes the three elements of sound personality and their dialectical relations: psychological personality is the basis, legal personality is the guarantee, and moral personality is sublimation. When we carry on the ideological and political education activity to the university student, only by comprehensive consideration, taking into account in many ways, can we achieve the goal of shaping the sound personality through the coordinated development of the psychological personality, the moral personality and the legal personality. Secondly, it discusses the necessity and feasibility of shaping the sound personality of college students in ideological and political education. Theoretically speaking, it is necessary to mold the sound personality of college students in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities, which is conducive to the realization of the fundamental purpose of ideological and political education in colleges and universities: to train excellent young college students who develop in an all-round way and adapt to the society. At the same time, it is also the need of the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. At the practical level, starting from whether the personality characteristics of college students in the new period are conducive to shaping the sound personality of college students, combining with the students themselves, educators, educational environment, educational content, This paper comprehensively analyzes the feasibility and resistance of ideological and political education in shaping the psychological personality, legal personality and moral personality of college students in five aspects of educational methods, and analyzes the reasons for the hindrance, so as to find out the direction of "treatment". To achieve targeted "treatment". Finally, this paper discusses the goals, principles and paths of shaping the sound personality of college students in ideological and political education. This part establishes the primary goal, intermediate goal and advanced goal of shaping the sound personality of college students in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities, and expounds that we should adhere to the people-oriented and psychological personality in shaping the sound personality of college students in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities. On the principle of harmonious development of legal personality and moral personality, this paper probes into the ways of shaping the sound personality of college students in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities.
