【摘要】：文化生活的存在方式建構(gòu)人的社會屬性與精神。高校以學(xué)習(xí)場域機(jī)理的全方位展現(xiàn)人類文化生活的典范。高校以知識的獲得和文化創(chuàng)新為前提,以主體的文化權(quán)力關(guān)系建構(gòu)和運(yùn)行形成學(xué)習(xí)或?qū)W術(shù)共同體的生活樣態(tài)。主體即學(xué)習(xí)者(學(xué)生和教師)被統(tǒng)攝在知識、話語、權(quán)力和能動性的學(xué)習(xí)共同體中,以主體性和主體間性的動態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)文化關(guān)系,形成了一個受到各種文化關(guān)系所決定的文化權(quán)力場域。在此,權(quán)力主體被注釋為一種學(xué)習(xí)能力、資源和力量,以學(xué)習(xí)主體的文化身份建構(gòu)與認(rèn)同為作用點(diǎn),以文化符號生成性互動為媒介,構(gòu)成交互主體間性文化權(quán)力關(guān)系滲透權(quán)力與文化耦合的結(jié)果效應(yīng)。其中,教師角色的轉(zhuǎn)換是高校文化權(quán)力關(guān)系權(quán)力運(yùn)行的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:The existence of cultural life constructs the social attributes and spirit of human beings. Colleges and universities display the model of human cultural life in a full range of learning field mechanism. Colleges and universities take knowledge acquisition and cultural innovation as the premise, and construct and operate the life pattern of learning or academic androgyny with the main body of cultural power relations. The main body is the learners (students). In a learning community dominated by knowledge, discourse, power and activism, a field of cultural power, determined by various cultural relations, is formed by the dynamic structural and cultural relations between subjectivity and intersubjectivity. In this context, the subject of power is annotated as a learning ability, resources and strength to learn the cultural identity of the subject. Construction and identification are the function points, and the interaction of cultural symbols as the medium constitutes the result effect of the coupling of power and culture between intersubjective cultural power relations. Among them, the transformation of teachers' role is the key to the operation of power relations in Colleges and universities.
