【摘要】：高校思想政治理論課教師負(fù)態(tài)效應(yīng)的抑制研究有著重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。新世紀(jì)、新階段，高校思想政治教育受到了嚴(yán)峻的沖擊和挑戰(zhàn)，創(chuàng)新思想政治教育研究思路，加強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育負(fù)態(tài)效應(yīng)研究的最終目的是提高思想政治教育的實(shí)效性。目前，以高校思想政治教育負(fù)態(tài)效應(yīng)的內(nèi)涵為切入點(diǎn)，深入探討高校思想政治理論課教師負(fù)態(tài)效應(yīng)的現(xiàn)狀，分析其產(chǎn)生的原因主要有：政治傾向模糊、理想信念不堅(jiān)定；職業(yè)認(rèn)同度低、缺乏責(zé)任感和使命感；教學(xué)觀念陳舊、忽視學(xué)生個(gè)性發(fā)展；教學(xué)內(nèi)容與社會(huì)實(shí)際相脫節(jié)、缺乏感染力；教學(xué)方法不當(dāng)、制約思想政治教育實(shí)效性。因此，針對(duì)以上原因，努力轉(zhuǎn)變負(fù)態(tài)效應(yīng)，進(jìn)而提出有效的抑制對(duì)策，，主要包括六個(gè)方面：加強(qiáng)政治素質(zhì)、堅(jiān)定理想信念；以師德建設(shè)為重點(diǎn)、提高師能水平；創(chuàng)新教育觀念、確立以人為本的教育觀念；改進(jìn)教學(xué)內(nèi)容與教學(xué)方法、提高教學(xué)感染力；構(gòu)建正負(fù)相結(jié)合的反饋系統(tǒng)、提高思想政治教育實(shí)效性；創(chuàng)設(shè)和諧的高校思想政治教育環(huán)境。總之，努力克服高校思想政治理論課教師在思想政治教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)中出現(xiàn)的負(fù)態(tài)效應(yīng)有利于思想政治教育活動(dòng)的順利開(kāi)展，對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效性的提高有著十分重要的作用。
[Abstract]:It is of great strategic significance to study the negative effect of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities. In the new century and in the new stage, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities has been severely challenged. The ultimate purpose of innovating the research ideas of ideological and political education and strengthening the negative effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education. At present, with the connotation of the negative effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities as the starting point, this paper probes into the present situation of the negative effect of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities, and analyzes its causes: the political tendency is vague, the ideals and beliefs are not firm; Low degree of professional identity, lack of sense of responsibility and mission; outdated teaching concept, ignoring the development of students' personality; disjointed teaching content from social reality, lack of appeal; improper teaching methods, restricting the effectiveness of ideological and political education. Therefore, in view of the above reasons, efforts to change the negative effect, and then put forward effective countermeasures, including six aspects: strengthening political quality, strengthening ideals and beliefs, focusing on the construction of teachers' ethics, improving the level of teachers' ability, innovating educational concepts, To establish the people-oriented concept of education, to improve the teaching content and teaching methods, to improve the teaching appeal, to build a feedback system combining positive and negative, to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education, and to create a harmonious ideological and political education environment in colleges and universities. In a word, overcoming the negative effect of ideological and political theory teachers in the practical activities of ideological and political education is conducive to the smooth development of ideological and political education activities. It plays an important role in improving the effectiveness of college students' ideological and political education.
