【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、人們生活水平提高,手機已經(jīng)成為大學(xué)生生活中不可或缺的一種工具,由于大學(xué)生過度地使用手機而導(dǎo)致心理或生理上不適的一種手機成癮病癥,表現(xiàn)為過度濫用手機,在不該用的時間或場合也頻繁使用;手機干擾正常的生活和學(xué)習(xí);離開手機時,許多大學(xué)生身體會感到一系列的不適感,嚴(yán)重時會出現(xiàn)心跳加速、頭暈發(fā)熱、腸胃功能不適和手腳發(fā)麻等癥狀。目前,手機成癮現(xiàn)象已在大學(xué)生中大量存在并引起社會廣泛的關(guān)注和研究。手機成癮嚴(yán)重影響大學(xué)生的身心健康,導(dǎo)致他們逃避現(xiàn)實生活,影響學(xué)業(yè),造成學(xué)習(xí)成績質(zhì)量下降。因此,高等學(xué)校應(yīng)加強校園文化建設(shè),大學(xué)生家長悉心協(xié)助學(xué)校和教師,強化大學(xué)生自我調(diào)控,正確引導(dǎo)手機成癮大學(xué)生健康的學(xué)習(xí)和生活,去除大學(xué)生手機成癮的壞習(xí)慣,專注專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí),順利完成大學(xué)學(xué)業(yè)。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standard, mobile phone has become an indispensable tool in college students' life. This is manifested in the excessive abuse of mobile phones and their frequent use at the wrong time or occasion; the interference of mobile phones with normal life and study; and the fact that many college students will feel a series of discomfort when they leave their mobile phones, and their heartbeats will accelerate in severe cases. Symptoms such as dizziness and fever, gastrointestinal malaise, and anaesthesia of the hands and feet. At present, the phenomenon of mobile phone addiction has been a large number of college students and caused widespread attention and research. Cell phone addiction seriously affects the physical and mental health of college students, leads them to escape from real life, affects their studies, and results in a decline in the quality of academic performance. Therefore, colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of campus culture, the parents of college students should carefully assist the school and teachers, strengthen the self-regulation of college students, guide the healthy study and life of the students with mobile phone addiction, and remove the bad habits of cell phone addiction of college students. Focus on professional studies and complete college studies successfully.
