【摘要】：正正確處理學術權力和行政權力的關系是完善高校內部治理結構的關鍵。教育規(guī)劃綱頒布后,"行政力量對學術力量的過度干預"、"克服行政化傾向"等話題再次成為討論的焦點,更引發(fā)大學管理者和學者關于"如何協(xié)調高校內部權力關系、優(yōu)化高校治理結構"的理性思考。本文主要是從資源依賴的視角,分
[Abstract]:Correctly dealing with the relationship between academic power and administrative power is the key to improving the internal governance structure of universities. After the promulgation of the education program, the "over intervention of the administrative force to the academic power" and the "overcoming the tendency of administration" have become the focus of the discussion again. It also leads to the university administrators and scholars on "how to coordinate the internal power of the University." The rational thinking of optimizing the governance structure of colleges and universities.
