大學(xué)生社團(tuán)活動(dòng)問題研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)今社會(huì)處在一個(gè)科技更新快,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速的時(shí)代,緊湊的生活節(jié)奏帶來了越來越嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),社會(huì)對(duì)人才的要求也變得越來越復(fù)雜。高校的人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)設(shè)立也緊跟時(shí)代的步伐,大學(xué)生社團(tuán)因其自身具有開放性與自由的特點(diǎn)成為了高校校園人才培養(yǎng)的重要途徑。大學(xué)生社團(tuán)因其活動(dòng)的豐富多彩性能夠很好的吸引學(xué)生,并且能夠滿足當(dāng)代大學(xué)生自我意識(shí)與個(gè)性發(fā)展的需要。當(dāng)今的青年學(xué)生,因在時(shí)代發(fā)展的推動(dòng)下,更具時(shí)代性的特征,他們需要能夠體現(xiàn)個(gè)性化的組織以豐富、全面、精彩、專業(yè)的活動(dòng)來不斷滿足他們?cè)诿鎸?duì)成長(zhǎng)中以及社會(huì)環(huán)境壓力下所產(chǎn)生的娛樂需求、個(gè)性需求、成長(zhǎng)需求、社會(huì)適應(yīng)性等需求。而大學(xué)生社團(tuán)剛好可以提供了這樣一個(gè)良好的平臺(tái),能夠培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的綜合素養(yǎng),以更好的適應(yīng)社會(huì)的發(fā)展需要。 然而大學(xué)生社團(tuán)經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展,雖然有了不少成果,但也逐漸暴露出了許多問題。存在學(xué)生主體地位低;社團(tuán)結(jié)構(gòu)不平衡;管理機(jī)制不完善;學(xué)校重視程度低;指導(dǎo)力量支持少;社團(tuán)定位不準(zhǔn)確;社團(tuán)軟硬件落后;活動(dòng)陳舊無創(chuàng)新等問題。 本研究以大學(xué)生社團(tuán)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合調(diào)查問卷結(jié)果,對(duì)產(chǎn)生的問題進(jìn)行原因分析,產(chǎn)生這些問題的主要原因歸結(jié)于學(xué)校方面重視不足,缺乏物質(zhì)、專業(yè)指導(dǎo)及管理上的支持;大學(xué)生的心理和發(fā)展的需求日益提高;大學(xué)生社團(tuán)內(nèi)部管理機(jī)制不科學(xué),發(fā)展方向不清晰明確等方面。對(duì)此,筆者結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)整理資料和現(xiàn)實(shí)環(huán)境,提出了幾點(diǎn)對(duì)策,集中體現(xiàn)在深化結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)涵,提升學(xué)生主體地位;加強(qiáng)專業(yè)指導(dǎo),與教學(xué)制度相匹配;著重評(píng)估考核,建設(shè)科學(xué)管理體系;注重培育特色,打造精品示范社團(tuán);擴(kuò)大發(fā)展領(lǐng)域,與社會(huì)需求相結(jié)合這幾個(gè)方面。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the society is in an era of rapid technological renewal and rapid economic development. The compact pace of life has brought more and more severe challenges, and the demands of the society on talents have become more and more complex. The establishment of talent training goals in colleges and universities is also closely following the pace of the times. Because of their own characteristics of openness and freedom, college students' associations have become an important way to cultivate talents in colleges and universities. Because of its rich and colorful activities, college student associations can attract students well, and can meet the needs of contemporary college students' self-awareness and personality development. Today's young students, driven by the development of the times, have more contemporary characteristics, and they need to be able to embody individualized organizations in order to be rich, comprehensive and exciting. Professional activities to meet their growing up and social environment under the pressure of entertainment needs, personality needs, growth needs, social adaptability and other needs. And the university student association can provide such a good platform, can train the comprehensive accomplishment of the university student, in order to better meet the needs of the development of the society. However, after many years of development, the university student association has made a lot of achievements, but also exposed a lot of problems. There are some problems such as low status of students, unbalanced structure of association, imperfect management mechanism, low degree of attention of school, less support of guiding force, inaccurate orientation of association, backward software and hardware of association, obsolete activities, no innovation and so on. Based on the development of college students' associations and the results of the questionnaire, this study analyzes the causes of the problems. The main causes of these problems are due to the lack of attention to the school, lack of material, Professional guidance and management support; college students' psychological and development needs are increasing; the internal management mechanism of college students' associations is not scientific, the direction of development is not clear and so on. In view of this, the author puts forward several countermeasures in combination with the literature collation and realistic environment, which are embodied in deepening the connotation of the structure, promoting the students' main position, strengthening the professional guidance, matching with the teaching system, and emphasizing the assessment and examination. Scientific management system should be built, special features should be cultivated, and excellent demonstration societies should be built, and the fields of development should be expanded and combined with social demands.
