【摘要】：全面質(zhì)量管理(Total Quality Management,簡稱：TQM)是企業(yè)為了提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量而綜合運(yùn)用一整套質(zhì)量管理思想、體系、方法和手段進(jìn)行的管理活動(dòng)。本文主要是探討和研究如何將全面質(zhì)量管理理有效運(yùn)用在獨(dú)立學(xué)院金融人才教學(xué)實(shí)踐過程中。人才培養(yǎng)的關(guān)鍵在于教育管理,其辦學(xué)模式和人才培養(yǎng)具有自己的特殊性的獨(dú)立學(xué)院,作為我國高等教育的新興力量和重要組成部分,在高等教育人才培養(yǎng)方面扮演一定的積極角色。但是,獨(dú)立學(xué)院如果要保證其人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,就必須對其教學(xué)管理體系和模式進(jìn)行深入分析和研究,大膽引進(jìn)全面質(zhì)量管理理念,摸索出一套符合自己特色有具有持續(xù)發(fā)展的特有教學(xué)管理模式。自中國加入WTO以來,我國的金融行業(yè)進(jìn)入快節(jié)奏發(fā)展的過程。隨著金融行業(yè)的國際化、市場化的發(fā)展,社會(huì)對金融專業(yè)人才的需求隨之發(fā)生重大的變化,作為金融機(jī)構(gòu)核心競爭力的人才的培養(yǎng),成為各大高校重要的研究課題。在總結(jié)新型金融行業(yè)人才所具備綜合素質(zhì)的基礎(chǔ)之上,分析高校金融人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀,正視金融人才培養(yǎng)過程中存在的弊端,探討金融行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢,迎合國際化金融人才培養(yǎng)的需求,將全面質(zhì)量管理從改革金融專業(yè)課程體系和教學(xué)內(nèi)容、從改革教學(xué)方法和手段、從改革實(shí)踐教學(xué)方法和模式等方面進(jìn)行研究,探索獨(dú)立學(xué)院應(yīng)用型金融人才培養(yǎng)模式,為新型金融人才的培養(yǎng)提出有價(jià)值的措施和建議。本文首先對獨(dú)立學(xué)院辦學(xué)定位、人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和模式及其的特點(diǎn)和要求進(jìn)行了概述,對教學(xué)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了分析和探討,同時(shí)也對全面質(zhì)量管理在教學(xué)過程中的運(yùn)用進(jìn)行了可行性論證,并且努力摸索和構(gòu)建出以全面質(zhì)量管理的理論為依據(jù),提升教學(xué)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控閉環(huán)體系：其次,通過現(xiàn)代與傳統(tǒng)教育理念差異進(jìn)行對比入手,強(qiáng)調(diào)“以生為本”的現(xiàn)代教育觀念,進(jìn)一步論述了對教學(xué)全過程進(jìn)行監(jiān)控管理的重要性。同時(shí),通過了對學(xué)習(xí)過程管理和教師的教學(xué)過程管理的分析,證實(shí)了強(qiáng)化教學(xué)過程管理是全面提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的重要措施;最后,以溫州大學(xué)城市學(xué)院金融專業(yè)教學(xué)實(shí)踐改革為例進(jìn)行了分析,建立了獨(dú)立學(xué)院金融專業(yè)課程教學(xué)過程質(zhì)量評價(jià)及管理體系材料,通過近十年的探索,在金融人才理論和實(shí)踐教學(xué)中都取得了良好的教學(xué)效果,浙江省乃至全國金融行業(yè)培養(yǎng)了一大批新型應(yīng)用型人才。
[Abstract]:Total Quality Management (TQM) is a comprehensive application of a set of quality management ideas, systems, methods and means to improve the quality of products.This paper mainly discusses and studies how to effectively apply TQM to the teaching practice of financial talents in independent colleges.The key of talent training lies in the educational management. The independent college, which has its own particularity in the mode of running a school and the training of talents, is a new force and an important part of higher education in China.To play a positive role in the cultivation of talents in higher education.However, if an independent college wants to ensure the quality of its personnel training, it must conduct in-depth analysis and research on its teaching management system and model, and boldly introduce the concept of total quality management.To find out a set of unique teaching management model with sustainable development in line with their own characteristics.Since China's entry into WTO, China's financial industry has entered the process of rapid development.With the internationalization of financial industry and the development of marketization, the social demand for financial professionals has changed greatly. As a core competitiveness of financial institutions, the cultivation of talents has become an important research topic in colleges and universities.On the basis of summing up the comprehensive qualities of the new type of financial talents, this paper analyzes the present situation of the training of financial talents in colleges and universities, faces the disadvantages existing in the process of training the financial talents, and probes into the development trend of the financial industry.In order to meet the needs of training international financial talents, TQM is studied from the aspects of reforming the course system and teaching content, reforming teaching methods and means, reforming practical teaching methods and models, etc.This paper explores the training mode of applied financial talents in independent colleges and puts forward valuable measures and suggestions for the cultivation of new financial talents.This paper first summarizes the orientation of independent colleges, the goal and mode of talent training, and its characteristics and requirements, and analyzes and discusses the teaching quality.At the same time, it also demonstrates the feasibility of the application of TQM in teaching process, and tries to explore and construct a closed loop system of teaching quality monitoring based on the theory of TQM. Secondly,Through the contrast between modern and traditional educational concepts, this paper emphasizes the modern educational concept of "student-oriented", and further discusses the importance of monitoring and managing the whole process of teaching.At the same time, through the analysis of learning process management and teachers' teaching process management, it is proved that strengthening teaching process management is an important measure to improve teaching quality.Taking the reform of financial teaching practice of Wenzhou University City College as an example, this paper analyzes the quality evaluation and management system of the course teaching process of finance major in independent college, and through the exploration of nearly ten years,Good teaching effect has been achieved in the theory and practice of financial talents teaching, and a large number of new applied talents have been trained in Zhejiang Province and even in China.
