高校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化困境及解決對策研究

【摘要】:21世紀的今天,教育已成為一個國家社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展至關(guān)重要的因素,其中高等教育更是關(guān)鍵中的關(guān)鍵,而在高等教育中輔導(dǎo)員扮演著十分重要的角色,所以研究高校輔導(dǎo)員的職業(yè)化問題是保證輔導(dǎo)員隊伍緊跟時代發(fā)展一個新的方向,也是未來高校改革和社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對高校輔導(dǎo)員提出的新的挑戰(zhàn)。 本文在分析高校輔導(dǎo)員在其職業(yè)化發(fā)展的過程中遭遇到的各種復(fù)雜問題的基礎(chǔ)上探索造成各種復(fù)雜問題的深層次原因,并且給出解決這些復(fù)雜問題的對策和建議。在對高等學(xué)校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化發(fā)展規(guī)律明確的前提下,推進輔導(dǎo)員在學(xué)生事務(wù)管理方面的職業(yè)化,從而提高高校輔導(dǎo)員隊伍的整體素質(zhì)。 本文研究認為:高校輔導(dǎo)員在其職業(yè)化建設(shè)過程中遭遇到職業(yè)定位不明確、職業(yè)準入不規(guī)范、職業(yè)培訓(xùn)體系不完善、職業(yè)激勵機制不到位等復(fù)雜問題。造成這些問題的主要原因是觀念因素造成的瓶頸和體制因素造成的制約共同作用的結(jié)果。破解輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)化的困境在于其應(yīng)該在高校中建立起輔導(dǎo)員明確的崗位職責,同時在輔導(dǎo)員工作機制方面也應(yīng)該科學(xué)化規(guī)范化,并且完善其職業(yè)準入、能力培養(yǎng)、激勵體系等,從而提高高校輔導(dǎo)員的職業(yè)化水平。
[Abstract]:Today in the 21st century, education has become a vital factor in the social and economic development of a country, among which higher education is the key, and counselors play a very important role in higher education.Therefore, to study the professionalization of college counselors is a new direction to ensure that the counselors keep up with the times, and it is also a new challenge to college counselors in the future with the reform of colleges and universities and the development of social economy.Based on the analysis of various complex problems encountered by college counselors in the course of their professional development, this paper explores the deep-seated causes of various complex problems, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve these complex problems.On the premise of defining the rules of professional development of counselors in colleges and universities, we should promote the professionalization of counselors in student affairs management so as to improve the overall quality of counselors in colleges and universities.This paper holds that college counselors encounter some complicated problems in the course of their professionalization construction, such as unclear career orientation, irregular occupation access, imperfect vocational training system and imperfect career incentive mechanism.The main causes of these problems are the bottleneck caused by conceptual factors and the combined effects of institutional factors.The difficulty of solving the professionalization of counselors lies in the fact that they should establish the clear post responsibilities of counselors in colleges and universities, at the same time, they should also standardize the work mechanism of counselors scientifically, and improve their professional access, ability cultivation, incentive system and so on.So as to improve the professional level of college counselors.
