【摘要】：貴州高校學(xué)生干部隊(duì)伍是貴州學(xué)生工作隊(duì)伍重要組成部分之一。他們是貴州高校學(xué)生按照“自我管理、自我教育、自我服務(wù)”開展活動(dòng)的學(xué)生組織,在貴州高校大學(xué)生思想政治教育中發(fā)揮著重要的作用,同時(shí)也是實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育的重要途徑和有效方式。隨著社會(huì)發(fā)展、科技進(jìn)步和教育改革的不斷深入,貴州高校學(xué)生干部隊(duì)伍的發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)了很多的新情況和新趨勢(shì),尤其是貴州高校學(xué)生干部隊(duì)伍在前進(jìn)中存在著對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)重視不夠、“三觀”教育缺失、自律意識(shí)缺乏、集體意識(shí)不強(qiáng)、當(dāng)選干部動(dòng)機(jī)不純、形式主義凸顯、年級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、干部選拔培養(yǎng)機(jī)制低效等問題,這些問題都限制了貴州高校學(xué)生干部隊(duì)伍的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,貴州高校學(xué)生干部隊(duì)伍的重要作用得不到最充分的發(fā)揮。本文針對(duì)目前貴州高校學(xué)生干部隊(duì)伍在建設(shè)與發(fā)展中反映出來的一系列問題,經(jīng)過大量的實(shí)際調(diào)查利查閱相關(guān)研究資料,提出了解決貴州高校大學(xué)生干部隊(duì)伍存在問題的對(duì)策。本文分為三章： 第一章界定貴州高校學(xué)生干部隊(duì)伍的內(nèi)涵,揭示貴州高校學(xué)生干部隊(duì)伍與大學(xué)生思想政治教育、高校大學(xué)生思想政治教育的互動(dòng)關(guān)系和特點(diǎn),凸顯貴州高校學(xué)生干部隊(duì)伍的研究?jī)r(jià)值。 第二章充分運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)、思想政治教育學(xué)、管理學(xué)等理論,探討貴州高校學(xué)生干部隊(duì)伍的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況。在實(shí)際調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)調(diào)研結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)存在的問題進(jìn)行提煉、總結(jié),進(jìn)而分析問題的原因。 第三章探討促進(jìn)貴州高校學(xué)生干部隊(duì)伍發(fā)展的具體對(duì)策。包括加強(qiáng)理論修養(yǎng)、強(qiáng)化實(shí)踐能力、完善制度建設(shè)等等,探索出一條促進(jìn)貴州高校學(xué)生干部隊(duì)伍可持續(xù)發(fā)展的道路,為進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)貴州高校學(xué)生干部隊(duì)伍工作做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The student cadre team of Guizhou university is one of the important parts of Guizhou student work force.They are student organizations that carry out activities of "self-management, self-education, self-service" among college students in Guizhou, and play an important role in ideological and political education of college students in Guizhou.At the same time, it is also an important way to implement quality education and an effective way.With the development of society, the progress of science and technology and the deepening of educational reform, there have been many new situations and new trends in the development of student cadres in colleges and universities in Guizhou.In particular, there is a lack of attention to study, lack of "three views" education, lack of self-discipline consciousness, lack of collective consciousness, impure motivation of elected cadres, prominent formalism and irrational grade structure.The mechanism of cadre selection and training is inefficient, which limits the sustainable development of student cadres in colleges and universities in Guizhou, and the important role of student cadres in colleges and universities in Guizhou is not given full play.In view of a series of problems reflected in the construction and development of student cadres in colleges and universities in Guizhou at present, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the contingent of college student cadres in Guizhou through a large number of actual investigations and consulting relevant research materials.This paper is divided into three chapters:The first chapter defines the connotation of the contingent of college student cadres in Guizhou, and reveals the interactive relationship and characteristics between the contingent of student cadres and the ideological and political education of college students, as well as the ideological and political education of college students.Highlight the research value of student cadres in colleges and universities in Guizhou.The second chapter makes full use of statistics, ideological and political education, management and other theories to explore the actual situation of college student cadres in Guizhou.On the basis of the actual investigation, this paper analyzes the results of the investigation, refines and summarizes the existing problems, and then analyzes the causes of the problems.The third chapter discusses the specific countermeasures to promote the development of college student cadres in Guizhou.It includes strengthening theoretical accomplishment, strengthening practical ability, perfecting system construction and so on, exploring a way to promote the sustainable development of student cadres in colleges and universities in Guizhou, and contributing to further promoting the work of student cadres in colleges and universities in Guizhou.
