高等教育中外合作辦學(xué)意識形態(tài)沖突研究

【摘要】:高等教育中外合作辦學(xué)是適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代高等教育發(fā)展要求和加強(qiáng)國際教育交流與合作的重要形式,它作為我國高等教育發(fā)展的有效補(bǔ)充途徑,對滿足我國高等教育多樣化的需求、學(xué)習(xí)借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國家和地區(qū)先進(jìn)的辦學(xué)理念和管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),提升高等院校人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量具有重要意義。由于中西方經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)和上層建筑的差異,在高等教育中外合作辦學(xué)過程中不可避免地出現(xiàn)許多新情況、新問題,尤其是意識形態(tài)領(lǐng)域的沖突逐漸顯現(xiàn)。這些問題如果得不到妥善處理將會影響和制約高等教育中外合作辦學(xué)的持續(xù)、健康發(fā)展。 本文認(rèn)為的意識形態(tài)即一定社會或社會階級、集團(tuán)基于自身根本利益對現(xiàn)存社會關(guān)系自覺反映而形成的理論體系,包括一定的政治、法律、哲學(xué)、道德、藝術(shù)、文化、宗教等。①在中外合作辦學(xué)中,意識形態(tài)領(lǐng)域的沖突主要表現(xiàn)在政治、文化和價(jià)值觀方面。通過對高等教育中外合作辦學(xué)意識形態(tài)沖突的表現(xiàn)及其原因的分析,探索了新時(shí)期高等教育中外合作辦學(xué)如何消解意識形態(tài)沖突的路徑,為創(chuàng)新高校學(xué)生管理工作提供一些參考和借鑒。 本文共分為五個(gè)部分: 第一部分是引言,闡述文章的研究背景、研究意義、研究方法和本文的創(chuàng)新之處。 第二部分描述了高等教育中外合作辦學(xué)的發(fā)展歷程,界定了意識形態(tài)的概念,在此基礎(chǔ)上闡述了意識形態(tài)沖突對高等教育中外合作辦學(xué)的積極和消極影響。 第三部分分析了高等教育中外合作辦學(xué)中意識形態(tài)沖突的表現(xiàn),分別在政治觀沖突、價(jià)值觀沖突、文化沖突這三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行闡述,說明意識形態(tài)沖突在高等教育中外合作辦學(xué)的存在。 第四部分基于中外意識形態(tài)的教育內(nèi)容、原則、教育方法的差異和中外高校教育機(jī)制的差異,分析了造成高等教育中外合作辦學(xué)意識形態(tài)沖突的原因。 第五部分提出應(yīng)對高等教育中外合作辦學(xué)意識形態(tài)沖突的對策。要消解意識形態(tài)的沖突,首先應(yīng)該從選擇合適的合作對象開始,在全面了解合作對象的基礎(chǔ)上引進(jìn)真正的優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源。其次,在辦學(xué)過程中要注意維護(hù)我國的教育主權(quán),防止西方意識形態(tài)的滲透,切實(shí)加強(qiáng)思想政治教育工作,鞏固馬克思主義思想的指導(dǎo)地位,為中外合作辦學(xué)健康、快速地發(fā)展提供條件。
[Abstract]:Sino-foreign cooperation in running higher education is an important form to meet the requirements of the development of modern higher education and to strengthen international educational exchange and cooperation. As an effective supplementary approach to the development of higher education in China, it meets the diversified needs of China's higher education.It is of great significance to learn from the advanced ideas and management experiences of developed countries and regions to improve the quality of talents training in colleges and universities.Due to the differences of economic base and superstructure between China and the West, many new situations inevitably arise in the process of Sino-foreign cooperation in higher education, and new problems, especially conflicts in the field of ideology, appear gradually.If these problems are not properly dealt with, it will affect and restrict the sustainable and healthy development of Sino-foreign cooperation in higher education.This article holds that the ideology is a certain social or social class, a theoretical system formed by a group based on its own fundamental interests to reflect the consciousness of existing social relations, including certain political, legal, philosophical, moral, artistic, cultural,Religion etc. In Sino-foreign cooperatively-run schools, conflicts in the field of ideology are manifested in politics, culture and values.Based on the analysis of the expression and causes of the ideological conflict between Chinese and foreign cooperative schools in higher education, this paper probes into the ways to resolve the ideological conflicts in the new period.To provide some reference and reference for innovating the management of college students.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction, expounding the research background, research significance, research methods and the innovation of this paper.The second part describes the development of Sino-foreign cooperation in higher education, defines the concept of ideology, and on this basis expounds the positive and negative impact of ideological conflict on Chinese-foreign cooperation in higher education.The third part analyzes the expression of the ideological conflict in the Sino-foreign cooperation in higher education, which is explained in three aspects: the conflict of political view, the conflict of values and the conflict of culture.It explains the existence of ideological conflict in Sino-foreign cooperation in higher education.The fourth part analyzes the causes of the ideological conflict between China and foreign countries on the basis of the educational contents, principles, educational methods and educational mechanisms of Chinese and foreign universities.The fifth part puts forward countermeasures to the ideological conflict between Chinese and foreign cooperation in higher education.In order to resolve the conflict of ideology, we should first choose the right object of cooperation and introduce the real high-quality educational resources on the basis of comprehensive understanding of the object of cooperation.Secondly, in the course of running a school, we should pay attention to safeguarding our country's educational sovereignty, preventing the infiltration of Western ideologies, earnestly strengthening ideological and political education, consolidating the guiding position of Marxist ideology, and providing a healthy school for Sino-foreign cooperation.Rapid development provides the conditions.
