【摘要】：大學(xué)生作為社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的后備力量，其整體素質(zhì)的高低直接影響著中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)能否順利的完成，而其中思想政治水平是大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的核心部分。高校對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想政治教育，主要是通過思想政治教育理論課和輔導(dǎo)員的日常思想政治教育工作來進(jìn)行的。輔導(dǎo)員是學(xué)生日常生活學(xué)習(xí)的重要指導(dǎo)者，是對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想政治教育的骨干力量，輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育工作能否收到實(shí)際效果，直接影響著當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)成才。2004年中共中央提出要進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育，切實(shí)提高思想政治教育水平和效果。大學(xué)生的思想政治教育工作，得到了多方面的關(guān)注，因此深入探究高校輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育工作的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況，，探究提高輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育工作實(shí)效性的有效對(duì)策，是我們思想政治教育工作者重要的任務(wù)與責(zé)任。 許多學(xué)者從不同的角度對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)和大學(xué)生思想政治教育進(jìn)行了研究，其中許多著作和資料成為我完成本文的重要理論來源。本文主要站在思想政治教育的大視野下，借鑒當(dāng)代管理學(xué)、教育學(xué)、教育心理學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科理論，在查閱大量的文獻(xiàn)資料和圖書的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合我在讀研期間一年多的學(xué)生工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，堅(jiān)持歷史研究和現(xiàn)實(shí)研究相一致，基礎(chǔ)理論界定和實(shí)踐對(duì)策研究相統(tǒng)一的原則，對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育工作的實(shí)效性進(jìn)行了深入的探究。論文分四部分展開論述： 第一部分前言部分，對(duì)選題的背景、選題意義、研究思路以及創(chuàng)新之處等進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要概述。 第二部分系統(tǒng)介紹了高校輔導(dǎo)員的思想政治教育職能，輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育工作實(shí)效性的涵義以及評(píng)價(jià)輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育工作實(shí)效性的原則和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。綜合考察當(dāng)前高校輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育工作的實(shí)際狀況，在肯定實(shí)效性不斷提高的同時(shí)特別對(duì)思想政治教育工作實(shí)效性的不足方面進(jìn)行了闡述。 第三部分從內(nèi)在和外在兩個(gè)方面來分析影響輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育工作實(shí)效性不強(qiáng)的原因。其中有輔導(dǎo)員自身的原因，也有教育對(duì)象復(fù)雜化和教育環(huán)境復(fù)雜化的原因。 第四部分就如何增強(qiáng)高校輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育工作的實(shí)效性問題進(jìn)行了深入的探討，針對(duì)問題的原因提出了具有一定可操作性的對(duì)策。整篇文章的重心是在探究怎樣不斷提高輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育工作的實(shí)際效果，切實(shí)提高大學(xué)生的思想政治整體素質(zhì)。基于第三部分中對(duì)影響輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育工作實(shí)效性的原因分析，有針對(duì)地提出了解決問題的對(duì)策。輔導(dǎo)員要加強(qiáng)自我教育與管理，明確角色定位提高自身素質(zhì)，堅(jiān)持“以學(xué)生為本”的工作理念，不斷創(chuàng)新思想政治教育工作方法和形式；高校要不斷強(qiáng)化其管理職能，創(chuàng)新輔導(dǎo)員管理制度構(gòu)建和諧校園環(huán)境；優(yōu)化社會(huì)環(huán)境，為輔導(dǎo)員思想政治教育工作創(chuàng)造良好的社會(huì)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:As the reserve force of the socialist modernization construction, the overall quality of college students directly affects whether the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics can be successfully completed, and the ideological and political level is the core part of the comprehensive quality of college students.The ideological and political education of college students is mainly carried out through the theoretical course of ideological and political education and the daily ideological and political education work of the counselors.Counselors are the important guides of students' daily life study and the backbone of ideological and political education for college students. Whether the counselors' ideological and political education work can achieve practical results,In 2004, the CPC Central Committee proposed to further strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students, and improve the level and effect of ideological and political education.The ideological and political education of college students has been paid much attention to from many aspects. Therefore, the paper probes into the reality of the ideological and political education of college counselors, and probes into the effective countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of college counselors.It is the important task and responsibility of our ideological and political educators.Many scholars have studied the construction of college counselors and the ideological and political education of college students from different angles, and many works and materials have become an important theoretical source for me to complete this paper.This article mainly stands under the big vision of ideological and political education, drawing lessons from contemporary management, pedagogy, educational psychology and other related disciplines theory.On the basis of consulting a large number of documents and books, and combining with my more than one year of student work experience during my post-graduate studies, I adhere to the principle of consistency between historical research and practical research, unity of basic theoretical definition and practical countermeasure study,This paper probes into the actual effect of ideological and political education of college counselors.The thesis is divided into four parts:The first part of the preface briefly summarizes the background, significance, research ideas and innovation of the topic.The second part systematically introduces the ideological and political education function of college counselors, the meaning of the actual effect of ideological and political education work of counselors, and the principles and standards of evaluating the effectiveness of ideological and political education work of counselors.Through a comprehensive investigation of the actual situation of the ideological and political education of college counselors at present, this paper expounds the deficiency of the actual effect of ideological and political education, while affirming the continuous improvement of the actual effect.The third part analyzes the reasons that affect the effectiveness of ideological and political education of counselors from internal and external aspects.Among them, there are the reasons of the counselors themselves, the complication of the educational objects and the complication of the educational environment.The fourth part discusses how to strengthen the actual effect of ideological and political education of college counselors, and puts forward some operable countermeasures for the reasons of the problems.The focus of the whole article is to explore how to improve the practical effect of the ideological and political education of counselors and to improve the ideological and political quality of college students.Based on the analysis of the reasons that affect the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of counselors in the third part, some countermeasures are put forward to solve the problems.Counselors should strengthen their self-education and management, define their role orientation and improve their own quality, adhere to the "student-oriented" work concept, constantly innovate the working methods and forms of ideological and political education, and strengthen their management functions.Innovating the management system of counselors to build a harmonious campus environment, optimizing the social environment, creating a good social environment for the ideological and political education of counselors.
