【摘要】：自1999年到2011年,中國大學(xué)畢業(yè)生數(shù)量增加了6倍以上。因?yàn)樵黾拥臄?shù)量超過了市場需求,所以帶來了嚴(yán)重的畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題,而且可能威脅到中國將來的社會(huì)穩(wěn)定性。鑒于上述情況,最近十年西方中方報(bào)紙和學(xué)術(shù)期刊的大量文章都在談中國畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)問題。大部分關(guān)于畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題的文獻(xiàn)試圖從人口壓力角度來解釋今天畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難題的起源,但是本文打算以重慶為個(gè)案,進(jìn)行獨(dú)立的和較為深入的調(diào)查研究,以測量畢業(yè)生對他們就業(yè)的滿意程度。我將使用社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的理論,例如革命學(xué)的“挫折感”概念,來分析調(diào)查在面談中獲得的信息,進(jìn)而從微觀個(gè)人層次來研究重慶畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題的性質(zhì)和程度。我想用我研究的結(jié)果跟官方統(tǒng)計(jì)的資料進(jìn)行比較,了解中國大學(xué)生擴(kuò)招規(guī)模的計(jì)劃到底取得了怎樣的成功,同時(shí)指出畢業(yè)生找工作所面臨的困難,并且研究這個(gè)問題對今天中國社會(huì)穩(wěn)定的影響。
[Abstract]:Between 1999 and 2011, the number of college graduates in China increased more than sixfold.Because the increase exceeds market demand, it poses serious employment problems for graduates and may threaten the social stability of China in the future.In view of this, a large number of articles in western Chinese newspapers and academic journals over the past decade have talked about the employment of Chinese graduates.Most of the literature on the employment of graduates try to explain the origin of the employment problems of graduates from the perspective of population pressure, but this paper intends to take Chongqing as a case to conduct independent and more in-depth investigation and research.To measure the satisfaction of graduates with their employment.I will use the theory of social stability, such as the concept of "frustration" in revolutionary studies, to analyze the information obtained in interviews, and then to study the nature and extent of employment problems of graduates in Chongqing from the micro personal level.I would like to compare the results of my research with official statistics to understand how successful the Chinese college students' plans to expand their enrollment have been, and at the same time point out the difficulties faced by graduates in finding jobs.And to study the impact of this issue on social stability in China today.
