【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化不斷推進(jìn),吸收借鑒國(guó)外的先進(jìn)科學(xué)技術(shù),固然是符合我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段國(guó)情的推進(jìn)科技水平的重要途徑。然而,在切實(shí)關(guān)系到國(guó)家民生和國(guó)家安全的領(lǐng)域,真正的核心技術(shù)是無(wú)法借鑒的。在激烈的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,自主創(chuàng)新是支撐一個(gè)國(guó)家崛起的筋骨,高校作為開(kāi)展自主創(chuàng)新的首要智力資源,是提升我國(guó)科技競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的主力軍之一。而且,高校自主創(chuàng)新能力的提升是一個(gè)以學(xué)科為依托的系統(tǒng)工程,當(dāng)務(wù)之急是要以學(xué)科改造為主線,推進(jìn)學(xué)科的交會(huì)融合。 當(dāng)今條件下,學(xué)科會(huì)聚成為學(xué)科發(fā)展的重要進(jìn)程方向之一,如何促使具備不同知識(shí)背景的學(xué)者們?cè)谕豢蒲衅脚_(tái)協(xié)同配合,發(fā)揮最大效用,共同解決日益復(fù)雜的科技難題成為現(xiàn)今學(xué)科研究的重要方面。從現(xiàn)有資料看,學(xué)科會(huì)聚的動(dòng)因研究多集中于外部任務(wù)拉動(dòng)或行政力量推動(dòng)型,但任何組織內(nèi)部動(dòng)因才是組織發(fā)展的最根本原因,且學(xué)科組織具備自身的生態(tài)性及發(fā)展范式,因此可以從學(xué)科自身生存和發(fā)展的沖動(dòng)入手,探討學(xué)科會(huì)聚的內(nèi)在動(dòng)力機(jī)制。 研究密切圍繞學(xué)科組織之間關(guān)系這一研究路線,借由種群生態(tài)理論作為學(xué)科間關(guān)系研究的基本指導(dǎo)理論,將學(xué)科間關(guān)系劃分為學(xué)科競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、學(xué)科寄生、學(xué)科共生及學(xué)科捕食四大類別,并通過(guò)學(xué)科生態(tài)位這一基本變量分別探討了四種類別下學(xué)科會(huì)聚實(shí)現(xiàn)難易程度與學(xué)科間關(guān)系的模型。下一步對(duì)目前學(xué)科會(huì)聚進(jìn)程中影響學(xué)科會(huì)聚的重要因素進(jìn)行了扎根,再結(jié)合影響學(xué)科會(huì)聚的四種主要變量,最終形成有關(guān)影響學(xué)科會(huì)聚主要變量與學(xué)科會(huì)聚實(shí)現(xiàn)難易程度的理論模型。最后選取了國(guó)內(nèi)有能力及意愿發(fā)展學(xué)科會(huì)聚的高校進(jìn)行了調(diào)研,重點(diǎn)在于在實(shí)踐中驗(yàn)證模型的正確性與可行性。事實(shí)證明模型在實(shí)踐研究中可以使用,最后對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了校驗(yàn)調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, absorbing and drawing lessons from foreign advanced science and technology is certainly an important way to promote the level of science and technology in line with the current situation of our country. However, in areas that have a real bearing on the people's livelihood and national security of the country, In the fierce international competition, independent innovation is the backbone of the rise of a country, colleges and universities as the primary intellectual resources for independent innovation. It is one of the main forces to enhance the competitiveness of science and technology in our country. Moreover, the promotion of independent innovation ability in colleges and universities is a system engineering based on discipline. The urgent task is to promote the intersection and integration of disciplines by taking subject transformation as the main line. Nowadays, subject convergence has become one of the important directions of discipline development. How to make scholars with different knowledge background cooperate with each other in the same scientific research platform, To solve the increasingly complex scientific and technological problems together has become an important aspect of the present discipline research. From the existing data, the research on the motivation of discipline convergence is mostly focused on the external task pull or the administrative force push. However, the internal motivation of any organization is the most fundamental cause of organizational development, and the discipline organization has its own ecology and development paradigm. Therefore, the internal dynamic mechanism of discipline convergence can be explored from the impulse of the subject's own survival and development. The research closely revolves around the research route of the relationship between discipline organizations. By using the theory of population ecology as the basic guiding theory of inter-disciplinary relationship research, the inter-disciplinary relationship is divided into discipline competition and discipline parasitism. The four main categories of discipline symbiosis and discipline predation, Through the basic variable of discipline niche, the models of the relationship between the degree of subject convergence and the relationship between the degree of discipline convergence and the degree of discipline convergence under four categories are discussed respectively. The next step is to take root in the important factors that affect the subject convergence in the process of discipline convergence. Combined with the four main variables that affect the convergence of disciplines, Finally, a theoretical model is formed to influence the main variables of subject convergence and the degree of difficulty in the realization of subject convergence. Finally, the domestic universities with ability and willingness to develop subject convergence are investigated. The key point is to verify the correctness and feasibility of the model in practice. It is proved that the model can be used in practical research. Finally, the model is calibrated and adjusted.
