【摘要】：大學(xué)畢業(yè)生"考研熱"現(xiàn)象已經(jīng)成為近年來被公眾所熱議的話題,對我國大學(xué)生就業(yè)、人才利用現(xiàn)狀產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響。針對此現(xiàn)象,從經(jīng)濟學(xué)角度分析其形成的機理,并結(jié)合我國"考研熱"的實際提出一些建設(shè)性對策,具有重大的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:The phenomenon of "examination for postgraduate studies" has become a hot topic for the public in recent years, which has had a great impact on the employment of college students and the utilization of talents. In view of this phenomenon, the mechanism of its formation is analyzed from the angle of economics. Some constructive countermeasures are put forward, which are of great theoretical and practical significance.
