高等教育大眾化進(jìn)程中農(nóng)村生源接受高等教育的個人成本與收益研究

【摘要】:本文基于隨著我國高校招生規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大后農(nóng)村生源已經(jīng)成為高校學(xué)生中的主體,而高額的學(xué)費(fèi)、就業(yè)難度的增加以及教育投資風(fēng)險的加大使得農(nóng)村家庭中出現(xiàn)了“教育返貧”、“讀書無用論”等現(xiàn)象的背景,筆者試圖從學(xué)理層面調(diào)查分析高等教育由“精英教育”向“大眾教育”轉(zhuǎn)變的過程中,研究農(nóng)村生源接受高等教育的個人成本與收益狀況,回應(yīng)社會焦點(diǎn),并為農(nóng)村生源進(jìn)行高等教育投資提供理性參考。本文以1999年到2011年接受高等教育的農(nóng)村生源為研究對象,以個人成本理論、個人收益理論、內(nèi)部收益率和投資回收期為理論依據(jù),以文獻(xiàn)法和田野調(diào)查法相結(jié)合的研究方法,分析了高等教育大眾化進(jìn)程中農(nóng)村生源接受高等教育的個人成本與收益、內(nèi)部收益率和投資回收期,拓展性地分析農(nóng)村生源接受高等教育的個人成本與收益,提出了基于農(nóng)村生源接受高等教育個人成本收益的投資決策建議。 本文共分為五個部分: 第一部分是導(dǎo)論,主要介紹了選題背景、研究意義、文獻(xiàn)綜述、核心概念、研究方法、研究思路、論文框架以及創(chuàng)新之處。 第二部分是農(nóng)村生源接受高等教育的個人成本收益理論分析,主要包括高等教育的個人成本理論、高等教育的個人收益理論、高等教育的內(nèi)部收益率及投資回收期理論。 第三部分是農(nóng)村生源接受高等教育的個人成本收益的實證研究,完成了農(nóng)村生源接受高等教育的個人成本和個人收益的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計,農(nóng)村生源接受高等教育的個人成本和個人收益的測度和農(nóng)村生源接受高等教育內(nèi)部收益率和投資回收期測度。 第四部分是農(nóng)村生源接受高等教育的個人成本與收益的拓展思考,針對“讀書無用論”、“農(nóng)村生源高等教育消費(fèi)弱勢地位”以及“教育非理性消費(fèi)”作出了拓展性思考。 第五部分是基于農(nóng)村生源接受高等教育個人成本收益的投資決策建議,根據(jù)第三部分得出的測評結(jié)果,提出的建議主要包括對農(nóng)村生源個人投資高等教育的建議:正確認(rèn)識并防范教育投資風(fēng)險,,切實提高高等教育投資的決策能力,妥善運(yùn)用貸款等金融投資手段;對政府在高等教育領(lǐng)域投資及管理的建議:政府繼續(xù)加大對高等教育的投資力度,優(yōu)化高等教育投資的內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu),引導(dǎo)大眾樹立高等教育的理性消費(fèi)觀,完善支撐教育投資決策的信息平臺,加強(qiáng)教育監(jiān)管并努力提高教育投資效益。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the fact that rural students have become the main body of college students, and the high tuition fees have become the main part of the college students after the continuous expansion of the enrollment scale of our country's colleges and universities. The increasing difficulty of employment and the increasing risk of education investment make the phenomenon of "education returning to poverty" and "reading useless" appear in rural families. The author attempts to investigate and analyze the transition of higher education from "elite education" to "mass education" from a theoretical perspective, to study the individual cost and income of rural students receiving higher education, and to respond to the social focus. This article takes the rural students who received higher education from 1999 to 2011 as the research object, taking the personal cost theory and the personal income theory as the research object, and provides the rational reference for the rural students' investment in higher education. Based on the theoretical basis of the internal rate of return and the payback period of investment, this paper analyzes the individual cost and income of rural students receiving higher education in the process of popularization of higher education by combining the methods of literature and field investigation. This paper analyzes the personal cost and income of rural students receiving higher education from the perspective of internal rate of return and payback period of investment, and puts forward some suggestions for investment decision based on the individual cost and income of rural students receiving higher education. This paper is divided into five parts:. The first part is an introduction, which mainly introduces the background, significance, literature review, core concepts, research methods, research ideas, research framework and innovation. The second part is the theoretical analysis of individual cost and income of rural students receiving higher education, including the theory of individual cost of higher education, the theory of personal income of higher education, the theory of internal rate of return of higher education and the theory of payback period of investment. The third part is the empirical research on the individual cost and income of rural students receiving higher education, and completes the statistics of individual cost and personal income of rural students receiving higher education. The measurement of personal cost and personal income of rural students' higher education and the measurement of internal rate of return and investment payback period of rural students' receiving higher education. The 4th part is about the personal cost and income of rural students receiving higher education. The author makes extensive thinking on "the useless Theory of Reading", "the weak position of higher Education consumption of Rural students" and "irrational consumption of Education". The 5th part is based on the personal cost and income of rural students receiving higher education, according to the third part of the evaluation results, The suggestions mainly include the following suggestions: to correctly understand and prevent the investment risk of higher education, to improve the decision-making ability of higher education investment, and to make proper use of financial investment means such as loans; Suggestions on government investment and management in the field of higher education: the government should continue to increase investment in higher education, optimize the internal structure of investment in higher education, and guide the public to establish a rational consumption view of higher education. Improve the information platform to support the educational investment decision, strengthen the education supervision, and strive to improve the efficiency of education investment.
