【摘要】：隨著我國社會的不斷發(fā)展與進(jìn)步，志愿者服務(wù)飛速發(fā)展，志愿者規(guī)模日益壯大。大學(xué)生志愿成為了中國志愿者服務(wù)事業(yè)重要組成部分，推動我國志愿者服務(wù)事業(yè)更快更好地發(fā)展。如何激勵大學(xué)生志愿者是一個重要課題。如今，，社會對志愿者的激勵與管理等方面的研究都給予了高度關(guān)注。從現(xiàn)實(shí)情況來說，我國志愿者服務(wù)事業(yè)起步晚、激勵機(jī)制不完善，使得志愿者參與志愿者服務(wù)的持久性不長，作為大學(xué)生志愿者心智都還不夠成熟，缺乏穩(wěn)定性，這在很大程度上制約著大學(xué)生志愿者甚至是我國志愿者的發(fā)展。因此，在構(gòu)建社會主義和諧社會、推動社會主義精神文明建設(shè)的今天，如何通過完善大學(xué)生志愿者激勵機(jī)制來促進(jìn)大學(xué)生志愿者的不斷發(fā)展顯得尤為重要。我們需要借鑒其他國家的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對我國大學(xué)生志愿者激勵機(jī)制研究進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)地總結(jié)和探索。 本文在對國內(nèi)外有關(guān)志愿者激勵機(jī)制問題研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用訪談法、問卷調(diào)查等定量和定性相結(jié)合的方法，對長沙理工大學(xué)、長沙醫(yī)學(xué)院、湘潭大學(xué)三所高校的大學(xué)生進(jìn)行抽樣調(diào)查。在上述文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上對大學(xué)生志愿者參與活動的動機(jī)需求、持續(xù)性、志愿組織管理情況進(jìn)行描述分析，從而總結(jié)大學(xué)生志愿者激勵機(jī)制存在的問題，并從物質(zhì)保障、經(jīng)費(fèi)渠道、志愿者組織管理、志愿者自身建設(shè)四個方面研究解決問題的對策，從而達(dá)到有效的激勵。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and progress of our society, the rapid development of volunteer service and the growing scale of volunteers, college students volunteerism has become an important part of volunteer service in China. How to motivate the volunteer of college students is an important subject. Nowadays, the society has paid great attention to the research of the motivation and management of volunteers. From the point of view of the reality, it is a very important task to promote the development of volunteer service in our country. China's volunteer service started late, the incentive mechanism is not perfect, make volunteers participate in volunteer service for a long time, as college students volunteers are not mature, lack of stability. To a great extent, this restricts the development of university students' volunteers and even our country's volunteers. Therefore, today, when we are building a harmonious socialist society and promoting the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, How to improve the incentive mechanism of university student volunteers to promote the continuous development of university students volunteers is particularly important. We need to learn from the relevant experience of other countries. This paper systematically summarizes and explores the incentive mechanism of university student volunteers in China. On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign literatures about volunteer incentive mechanism, this paper combines the quantitative and qualitative methods, such as interview, questionnaire, etc, to Changsha University of Technology, Changsha Medical College, etc. On the basis of the above literature, this paper describes and analyzes the motivation demand, persistence, and management of volunteer organizations of college students in three universities of Xiangtan University. The paper summarizes the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of university students' volunteers, and studies the countermeasures of solving the problems from four aspects: material security, funding channels, volunteer organization and management, and volunteer self-construction, so as to achieve effective incentives.
