【摘要】：大學(xué)生作為文化層次較高的群體,他們?nèi)烁袷欠窠∪?對于國家未來的發(fā)展起著舉足輕重的作用。健全人格的塑造,既是當代大學(xué)生個人身心健康的需要,更是人格心靈的喚醒,更重要的是,關(guān)系到當前大學(xué)生整體素質(zhì)優(yōu)化和改革的順利進行,關(guān)系到未來社會的和諧與穩(wěn)定。本文通過對健全人格理論的追思,探討了大學(xué)生健全人格的內(nèi)涵、特征,并在問卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,對當代大學(xué)生權(quán)力價值觀以及權(quán)勢意識對當代大學(xué)生人格影響的原因進行深入分析,基于大學(xué)生對權(quán)勢的認知,針對性地提出了塑造大學(xué)生健全人格的對策。這些對策表現(xiàn)為：強化家庭教育的基礎(chǔ)作用,形成正確“權(quán)勢認知”的第一道門檻；完善社會制度環(huán)境,形成學(xué)生自覺踐行正義規(guī)則的人格追求；發(fā)揮學(xué)校教育的主陣地作用,形成學(xué)生正確權(quán)力觀的理性認同,攜家庭、學(xué)校、社會等各方努力,引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生樹立正確的權(quán)力價值觀,促進其健全人格的成長。
[Abstract]:As a group with higher cultural level, whether college students' personality is sound or not plays an important role in the future development of the country. The shaping of sound personality is not only the need of individual physical and mental health of contemporary college students. More importantly, it is related to the optimization of the overall quality of college students and the smooth progress of the reform, and to the harmony and stability of the future society. This paper probes into the connotation and characteristics of college students' sound personality, and, on the basis of questionnaire investigation, deeply analyzes the causes of the influence of contemporary college students' power values and power consciousness on contemporary college students' personality, based on the college students' cognition of power. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of shaping the sound personality of college students. These countermeasures are as follows: strengthening the basic function of family education, forming the first threshold of correct "power cognition", perfecting the social system environment, Forming students' personality pursuit of consciously practicing the rules of justice, giving play to the main role of school education, forming the rational identity of students' correct view of power, leading college students to set up correct values of power with the efforts of family, school, society, etc. To promote the growth of their sound personality.
