【摘要】：理想教育是思想政治教育的核心內(nèi)容,優(yōu)化思想政治教育內(nèi)容結(jié)構(gòu)要求凸顯共同理想的教育。在當(dāng)代中國(guó),共同理想是社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系的主題,同時(shí)也是主導(dǎo)的社會(huì)理想。同時(shí),隨著以人為本的科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的不斷深入貫徹,思想政治教育的研究范式更加側(cè)重強(qiáng)調(diào)人學(xué)范式的研究,人的接受論、人的主體論、人的發(fā)展論和人文關(guān)懷在思想政治教育中愈加受到重視。這在不同程度上強(qiáng)調(diào)了個(gè)體主體性在思想政治教育中的發(fā)揮、個(gè)體價(jià)值在思想政治教育中的彰顯。這些啟示我們：一方面,理想教育需要在共同理想引導(dǎo)中實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)體理想的多樣發(fā)展,以滿足社會(huì)發(fā)展和個(gè)體多樣化的理想需求；另一方面,需要以培育科學(xué)的個(gè)體理想作為樹(shù)立共同理想的基礎(chǔ),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)體理想與共同理想的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。 大學(xué)生是國(guó)家的希望,民族的未來(lái)。加強(qiáng)理想教育事關(guān)“培養(yǎng)什么人、如何培養(yǎng)人”的根本問(wèn)題。大學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)成才,需要科學(xué)的、崇高的理想引導(dǎo)與激勵(lì)。大學(xué)生理想的培育,需要理想教育。理想教育的實(shí)施,需要尊重大學(xué)生個(gè)體的利益需求,充分發(fā)揮個(gè)體主體性,進(jìn)而使其樹(shù)立起科學(xué)的個(gè)體理想�；诖�,本論文在借鑒已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)如何通過(guò)理想教育使大學(xué)生樹(shù)立科學(xué)的個(gè)體理想進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的探討。 大學(xué)生個(gè)體理想教育的方法和途徑的研究是本論文的重點(diǎn)。個(gè)體理想形成過(guò)程的構(gòu)成要素與環(huán)節(jié)的探討是本論文研究的難點(diǎn)。本論文以個(gè)體理想教育為基點(diǎn)探討理想教育,力求在分析個(gè)體理想的形成過(guò)程的基礎(chǔ)上有針對(duì)性地提出教育的方法與途徑。這是本論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 本論文正文主要分為四個(gè)部分： 第一部分,理想的內(nèi)涵及其作用。先分析了理想內(nèi)涵、類型、特點(diǎn)和作用；然后進(jìn)一步探討個(gè)體理想中的生活理想、職業(yè)理想、道德理想和社會(huì)政治理想的具體內(nèi)容,分析了個(gè)體理想與共同理想的關(guān)系；最后提出了大學(xué)生理想教育的必要性。這是本論文研究的基礎(chǔ)。 第二部分,大學(xué)生理想教育的現(xiàn)實(shí)審視。一方面,通過(guò)大學(xué)生理想現(xiàn)狀分析,把握大學(xué)生的理想特點(diǎn)和狀況,為理想教育收集必要的信息。另一方面,通過(guò)理想教育存在問(wèn)題的考察,為大學(xué)生個(gè)體理想教育提供借鑒�？偟恼f(shuō)來(lái),這一部分內(nèi)容本著了解新情況、發(fā)現(xiàn)新問(wèn)題的目的,為大學(xué)生個(gè)體理想教育提供現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。 第三部分,個(gè)體理想的形成過(guò)程。該分別部分從對(duì)個(gè)體理想形成的要素、環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行了分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了個(gè)體理想形成的特點(diǎn)。這部分是從個(gè)體理想的內(nèi)在形成上為大學(xué)生個(gè)體理想教育提供理論依據(jù)。 第四部分,大學(xué)生個(gè)體理想教育方法與途徑。首先針對(duì)大學(xué)生個(gè)體理想形成的要素、環(huán)節(jié)和外部環(huán)境提出具體的方法,而方法需在有效的途徑中運(yùn)用。據(jù)此,接著論述大學(xué)生個(gè)體理想教育的三條主要途徑：高校思想政治理論課教育、實(shí)踐教育和自我教育。在這三條相互補(bǔ)充,協(xié)同運(yùn)用的主要途徑的保障下,有針對(duì)性地運(yùn)用個(gè)教育的方法,以提高大學(xué)生個(gè)體理想教育的實(shí)效性。
[Abstract]:The ideal education is the core content of the ideological and political education , and the content structure of the ideological and political education is optimized to highlight the common ideal education . In the contemporary China , the common ideal is the theme of the socialist core value system and the dominant social ideal . College students are the hope of the nation and the future of the nation . Strengthening the ideal education is the fundamental problem of cultivating people and how to cultivate people . The development of college students requires scientific and lofty ideal guidance and encouragement . The study of the methods and methods of individual ideal education is the focus of this paper . It is difficult to study the elements and links of the process of individual ideal formation . This paper discusses the ideal education based on the ideal education of individual , and tries to put forward the methods and approaches of education in the basis of analyzing individual ideal formation process . This is the innovation point of this paper . The main body of this thesis is divided into four parts : The first part , the connotation and the function of the ideal , first analyzed the ideal connotation , type , characteristic and function , then further discussed the ideal of life , occupation ideal , moral ideal and social political ideal concrete contents , analyzed the relationship between the ideal and the common ideal of the individual , finally put forward the necessity of the ideal education of college students . This is the basis of the study of this thesis . The second part , the realistic examination of the ideal education of the college students . On the one hand , through the analysis of the ideal situation of the college students , the ideal characteristics and conditions of the college students are grasped , and the necessary information is collected for the ideal education . On the other hand , through the investigation of the problems of the ideal education , this part will provide reference for the individual ideal education of college students . On the whole , this part is based on the understanding of the new situation , finds the purpose of the new problem , and provides the practical basis for the individual ideal education of college students . In the third part , the process of individual ideal formation is analyzed , and the characteristics of individual ideal formation are put forward . This part is to provide theoretical basis for the individual ideal education of college students from the inner formation of individual ideal . The fourth part , the method and the way of individual ideal education for college students . First , it puts forward concrete methods for the elements , links and external environment of individual ideal formation of college students , and the method needs to be applied in the effective ways . According to this , three main approaches of individual ideal education of college students are discussed : the education , practice education and self - education of the ideological and political theory course of the university .
