【摘要】：華文教育遭受的32年的禁錮，已造成了印尼近三代華人子弟出現(xiàn)華文的斷層問題，華人社團(tuán)也因此被迫解散。中�。幔╆P(guān)系恢復(fù)后，印尼政府采取了較為開明和寬松的政策，從而使被禁錮的華文教育重現(xiàn)生機(jī)。近十年來，印尼的華文教育逐漸恢復(fù)，但也十分艱難，，面臨著師資、教材、經(jīng)費、學(xué)生來源等問題。 華文教師是華文教育的核心部分，所以印尼華文教師匱乏問題必須得到解決，例如培養(yǎng)本土年輕華文教師。近年來，印尼的華文教育單位不斷地派送本土華文教師到中國留學(xué)，進(jìn)一步提高華文教學(xué)水平，以快速發(fā)展華文教育。在解決師資問題的過程中，該單位遭遇了資金問題。泗水智星大學(xué)為解決上述問題，也采取了有效措施。2007年，該校與國家漢辦在重慶師范大學(xué)的大力支持和幫助下，開辦了華聯(lián)智星漢語師范學(xué)院，采用“二加二”學(xué)習(xí)模式。 由于雙方建立的國際合作關(guān)系，該學(xué)院的師資隊伍構(gòu)成“多樣化”。這種“多樣化”的教師隊伍跟該學(xué)院的教師資格、聘任、考核和晉升、培訓(xùn)、待遇都有密切的關(guān)系。本研究于2011年9月在印度尼西亞華聯(lián)智星漢語師范學(xué)院對全體漢語教師進(jìn)行訪談?wù){(diào)查，從訪談當(dāng)中了解華聯(lián)智星漢語師范學(xué)院教師管理的現(xiàn)狀，發(fā)現(xiàn)需要改善的一些問題，并針對這幾個問題提供一些建議，企望華聯(lián)智星漢語師范學(xué)院的教師管理不斷改善、華文師資隊伍素質(zhì)不斷提高、華文教育辦得更好。
[Abstract]:The 32-year imprisonment of Chinese education has led to the problem of the Chinese language in the last three generations of Indonesian Chinese children, and forced the dissolution of the Chinese community. After the resumption of Sino-Indian (Nepalese) relations. The Indonesian government has adopted a more liberal and liberal policy, thus reviving the imprisoned Chinese language education. Over the past decade, Indonesia's Chinese education has gradually recovered, but it is also very difficult, facing teachers, teaching materials, and funding. The source of students. Chinese teachers are a core part of Chinese education, so the shortage of Chinese teachers in Indonesia must be solved. For example, the training of young Chinese teachers in the mainland has taken place in recent years. Indonesian Chinese language education units continue to send native Chinese teachers to study in China to further improve the level of Chinese language teaching, in order to develop Chinese education rapidly. In the process of solving the problem of teachers, the Chinese language education units in Indonesia continue to send local Chinese teachers to study in China. Surabaya think Star University has also taken effective measures to solve the above problems. Hualian wisdom-star Chinese teacher-training college, using the "two plus two" learning model. As a result of the international cooperation established between the two sides, the faculty of the College constitutes a "diversity". In September 2011, this study conducted an interview with all Chinese teachers at the Chinese language Teachers College of Hualian think-star in Indonesia. From the interview to understand the current situation of teacher management in Hualian think-star Chinese teachers' college, find out some problems that need to be improved, and provide some suggestions for these problems. It is hoped that the management of Chinese teachers and the quality of the Chinese language teachers will be improved and the Chinese language education will be better run.
