【摘要】：職業(yè)社會化是個體成為合格社會勞動者所必須經(jīng)過的人生歷程,對大學生而言,大學階段是其職業(yè)社會化的關(guān)鍵時期,但事實上就業(yè)質(zhì)量不佳和職業(yè)社會化不足已經(jīng)成為當今高校畢業(yè)生中存在的典型職業(yè)問題。本研究旨在了解大學生職業(yè)社會化的現(xiàn)狀,并探索如何利用職業(yè)生涯教育促進大學生職業(yè)社會化的發(fā)展。 研究采用問卷和訪談?wù){(diào)查,問卷調(diào)查297名在校大學生,訪談30名相關(guān)人員,進行數(shù)據(jù)分析,結(jié)果表明：大學生在職業(yè)社會化的職業(yè)決策自我效能感、職業(yè)價值觀和職業(yè)探索三方面上存在差異。其中,有效的職業(yè)探索又對職業(yè)決策自我效能感和職業(yè)價值觀的起到正向促進作用。大學生職業(yè)社會化的不足主要體現(xiàn)在職業(yè)規(guī)劃形式化,解決問題能力弱；自我發(fā)展要求高,工作激情顯露少；職業(yè)實踐經(jīng)歷少,職業(yè)活動能力低等三方面。 根據(jù)當今社會對畢業(yè)生職業(yè)社會化的要求,高校職業(yè)生涯教育作為促進大學生職業(yè)社會化發(fā)展的平臺,已然在課程設(shè)置、工作布置、實訓基地設(shè)立等方面都初具規(guī)模,但仍存在諸多亟待解決的問題。研究提出要注重職業(yè)生涯教育的實用性,以職業(yè)社會化為目標,將課堂教學、實習實踐和研討輔導三種形式相結(jié)合,并分階段地開展關(guān)于涵蓋職業(yè)決策自我效能感、職業(yè)價值觀、職業(yè)探索等內(nèi)容的職業(yè)生涯教育。
[Abstract]:Occupational socialization is the life course that an individual must go through to become a qualified social laborer. For college students, the university stage is the key period of their professional socialization. But in fact, the poor quality of employment and the lack of vocational socialization has become a typical vocational problem among college graduates. The purpose of this study is to understand the status quo of the vocational socialization of college students. And explore how to use career education to promote the development of professional socialization of college students. Questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate 297 college students and 30 related personnel. The results showed that college students had a sense of self-efficacy in career decision-making. There are differences in the three aspects of professional values and career exploration. Effective career exploration also plays a positive role in promoting the sense of self-efficacy and professional values in career decision-making. The deficiency of college students' vocational socialization is mainly reflected in the formalization of career planning and the weak ability to solve problems. High demand for self-development, less work passion; There are three aspects: less experience in professional practice and lower ability in professional activities. According to the requirement of graduates' professional socialization, college career education, as a platform to promote the development of college students' professional socialization, is already in the course of setting up and working arrangement. The establishment of practical training base has taken shape, but there are still many problems to be solved. The study suggests that we should pay attention to the practicability of career education and take the socialization of occupation as the goal to teach in class. In this paper, the author combines practical practice with discussion and guidance, and develops career education which includes self-efficacy in career decision-making, career values and career exploration.
