【摘要】：古今中外的許多歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)都證明了一個(gè)國(guó)家,一個(gè)民族,要想能夠生存和發(fā)展,有效的抵御外敵入侵,其精神防御的重要,往往并不低于物質(zhì)防御。國(guó)防是民族生存之盾,國(guó)防意識(shí)則是民族生存之魂。公民國(guó)防意識(shí)的強(qiáng)弱,關(guān)系到國(guó)家的強(qiáng)弱和民族的興衰。而當(dāng)代大學(xué)生作為中華民族未來(lái)的建設(shè)者更應(yīng)該具有較高的國(guó)防意識(shí)。 在世界多極化、經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的趨勢(shì)下,中國(guó)所積極倡導(dǎo)的新安全觀,反映了中國(guó)政府對(duì)國(guó)家安全問(wèn)題的全新理解和戰(zhàn)略思考。高校國(guó)防教育對(duì)提高大學(xué)生國(guó)防意識(shí),保衛(wèi)國(guó)家安全具有重要意義,也引起了黨和國(guó)家的高度重視。在新安全觀的指導(dǎo)下,大學(xué)生國(guó)防教育已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)理論前沿問(wèn)題。 本文主要目的是在新安全觀視域下研究大學(xué)生國(guó)防教育,為大學(xué)生國(guó)防教育改革作墊腳石。闡述了新安全觀的基本內(nèi)涵和特點(diǎn)；分析了新安全觀對(duì)大學(xué)生國(guó)防教育所產(chǎn)生的影響；論證了新安全觀下加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生國(guó)防教育的重要性；調(diào)查研究了大學(xué)生國(guó)防教育的現(xiàn)狀；表述了改革大學(xué)生國(guó)防教育的對(duì)策。 本文通過(guò)論證得出以下結(jié)論：在新安全觀視域下大學(xué)生國(guó)防教育應(yīng)該突破以往形式單一、內(nèi)容陳舊的模式,擴(kuò)充大學(xué)生國(guó)防教育的教學(xué)內(nèi)容,加深大學(xué)生國(guó)防教育的理論深度,增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生國(guó)防教育的興趣程度；加強(qiáng)組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo),保障國(guó)防教育培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的完成；加強(qiáng)法制建設(shè),實(shí)現(xiàn)國(guó)防教育的制度化和法制化；加強(qiáng)師資培訓(xùn),建設(shè)一支思想穩(wěn)定、業(yè)務(wù)嫻熟的國(guó)防教育專職教師隊(duì)伍；改革和完善教學(xué)機(jī)制,建立按綱施教的制度；完善評(píng)價(jià)體系,著眼于國(guó)防教育的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展要求,強(qiáng)化評(píng)價(jià)體系的導(dǎo)向作用,樹(shù)立公平公正的國(guó)防教育評(píng)價(jià)體系。
[Abstract]:Many historical experiences at all times and in all over the world have proved the importance of a nation's spiritual defense in order to survive and develop and effectively resist the invasion of foreign enemies. National defense is the shield of national survival, national defense consciousness is the soul of national survival, and citizen's national defense consciousness is strong and weak. It is related to the strength of the country and the rise and fall of the nation, and contemporary college students, as the builders of the future of the Chinese nation, should have a higher sense of national defense. In the trend of multi-polarization and economic globalization, China has actively advocated a new security concept. This reflects the new understanding and strategic thinking of the Chinese government on the issue of national security. National defense education in colleges and universities plays an important role in raising the awareness of national defense among college students and safeguarding national security. Under the guidance of the new security concept, the national defense education of college students has become a theoretical frontier problem. The main purpose of this paper is to study the national defense education of college students from the perspective of the new security concept, and to serve as a stepping stone for the reform of the national defense education of college students, and to expound the basic connotation and characteristics of the new security concept. The influence of the new security concept on the national defense education of college students is analyzed. The importance of strengthening the national defense education of college students under the new security concept is demonstrated. The present situation of national defense education of college students is investigated and studied. The countermeasures to reform the national defense education of college students are described. In this paper, the following conclusions are reached: under the new security concept, the national defense education of college students should break through the former mode of single form and the old content, and expand the teaching content of the national defense education of college students. Deepen the theoretical depth of national defense education of college students, enhance the degree of interest in national defense education of college students; Strengthen the organization and leadership to ensure the accomplishment of the goal of national defense education; Strengthen the construction of legal system and realize the institutionalization and legalization of national defense education; Strengthen teacher training, build a stable and professional national defense education full-time teachers; Reform and improve the teaching mechanism and establish the system of teaching according to the principles; Improve the evaluation system, focus on the long-term development requirements of national defense education, strengthen the guiding role of the evaluation system, set up a fair and just national defense education evaluation system.
