【摘要】：彼得·圣吉關(guān)于學(xué)習(xí)型組織的"五項修煉"對高校理論型學(xué)生社團建設(shè)具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。然而,通過調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)前高校理論型學(xué)生社團在自我超越、改善心智模式、共同愿景、團隊學(xué)習(xí)以及系統(tǒng)思考五個方面存在問題。因此,要建設(shè)高校理論型學(xué)生社團,必須加強組織支持、完善創(chuàng)新機制、培育文化氛圍、強化團隊學(xué)習(xí)、整合發(fā)展資源。
[Abstract]:Peter Saintji's ``five-item practice'' of learning organization has important significance for the construction of theoretical student society in colleges and universities. However, it is found that the current theoretical student community of colleges and universities has problems in five aspects:self-exceedance, improving mental mode, common vision, team learning and systematic thinking. Therefore, to build a theoretical student society in colleges and universities, we must strengthen organizational support, improve innovation mechanism, cultivate cultural atmosphere, strengthen team learning and integrate development resources.
