后現(xiàn)代主義教育觀對(duì)我國(guó)高校教師權(quán)威消解的影響研究

【摘要】:后現(xiàn)代主義是一股興起于西方社會(huì)的文化和哲學(xué)思潮,從20世紀(jì)70-80年代開始向全世界蔓延,這個(gè)“幽靈”走出了文學(xué)領(lǐng)域這個(gè)狹窄的圍墻,走進(jìn)了藝術(shù)、歷史、哲學(xué)等諸多領(lǐng)域,成為一種廣泛的文化思潮。后現(xiàn)代主義以一種逆向的思維方式對(duì)現(xiàn)代主義進(jìn)行批判、否定和超越,范圍波及社會(huì)的方方面面,同樣的對(duì)教育領(lǐng)域也產(chǎn)生了巨大的影響。后現(xiàn)代主義教育思想主張平等的教育觀、多元的教學(xué)目的和開放的課程觀,對(duì)教育理念的發(fā)展有積極的意義,但是后現(xiàn)代主義教育觀在學(xué)生主體性、師生平等關(guān)系和反對(duì)同一性等方面的倡導(dǎo)過(guò)于絕對(duì)化,忽視了合理教師權(quán)威存在的必要性,犯了矯枉過(guò)正的錯(cuò)誤。本文從后現(xiàn)代主義教育觀出發(fā),闡述高校教師權(quán)威存在的必要性,分析后現(xiàn)代主義教育觀對(duì)高校教師權(quán)威消解的雙重影響,進(jìn)而提出構(gòu)建新型高校教師權(quán)威的途徑和方法。 論文分為五部分。第一部分為緒論,內(nèi)容包括選題目的和意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究動(dòng)態(tài)、研究思路與方法以及研究難點(diǎn)和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二部分對(duì)后現(xiàn)代主義的概念和特征進(jìn)行闡述,同時(shí)也對(duì)后現(xiàn)代主義教育觀的主要思想進(jìn)行論述。第三部分簡(jiǎn)單介紹權(quán)威和教師權(quán)威的基本概念,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的分析,論述高校教師權(quán)威存在的必要性。第四部分是論文的重要內(nèi)容,分析后現(xiàn)代主義教育觀對(duì)高校教師權(quán)威消解的表現(xiàn),進(jìn)而對(duì)其消解的積極影響和消極影響進(jìn)行了解讀。第五部分提出構(gòu)建新型的高校教師權(quán)威模式和現(xiàn)實(shí)途徑。 本文的主要觀點(diǎn)如下: 1、后現(xiàn)代主義教育學(xué)者對(duì)現(xiàn)代教育的種種弊端進(jìn)行了嚴(yán)厲的批判,強(qiáng)調(diào)教育的多樣性、民主性和開放性,從教育觀,教育目的,課程觀,師生關(guān)系和教育研究方法上構(gòu)建了一個(gè)新型的教育框架。 2、高校教師權(quán)威對(duì)于高校教學(xué)順利進(jìn)行起到非常重要的作用。教師權(quán)威是學(xué)生發(fā)展的需要,是教師角色實(shí)現(xiàn)的需求,是合理師生關(guān)系形成的基礎(chǔ),教師權(quán)威有助于獲得更好的教學(xué)效果。 3、后現(xiàn)代主義教育觀對(duì)高校教師權(quán)威消解表現(xiàn)在高校教師法定權(quán)成的弱化,“師貴于生”轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤皫熒降取币约案咝=處熥鳛檎n程的執(zhí)行者被淡化三個(gè)方面。后現(xiàn)代主義教育觀對(duì)高校教師權(quán)威消解的積極影響是,打破了高校傳統(tǒng)的師生“二元對(duì)立”模式,顛覆了高校傳統(tǒng)教師灌輸式的教學(xué)活動(dòng),有利于重塑高校對(duì)話型師生關(guān)系以及解放“權(quán)威”思想的束縛。其消極影響是過(guò)度強(qiáng)調(diào)大學(xué)生自由,忽視知識(shí)的科學(xué)性和社會(huì)性,淡化了高校教師的引導(dǎo)和規(guī)范約束作用,拒斥接受式學(xué)習(xí),降低了學(xué)習(xí)效率,輕視以書本為載體的客觀性知識(shí),削弱打?qū)W生發(fā)展的內(nèi)容支撐。 4、構(gòu)建新型高校教師權(quán)威的途徑包括高校教師內(nèi)在權(quán)威的構(gòu)建和制度權(quán)威的構(gòu)建。內(nèi)在權(quán)威的構(gòu)建從高校教師專業(yè)知識(shí)權(quán)威、能力權(quán)威和魅力權(quán)威方面提升,制度權(quán)威的構(gòu)建方法是貫徹落實(shí)教育法律法規(guī)制度,保障高校教師的制度權(quán)威,創(chuàng)新教育管理制度和建立高校教師監(jiān)督機(jī)制。

This paper, from the view of post-modernism education, expounds the necessity of the existence of the authority of the university teachers, analyzes the double influence of the post-modernism education view on the authoritative resolution of the university teachers, and then puts forward the ways and methods to construct the authority of the new university teachers.
