【摘要】：以中國(guó)科技統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒提供的最新數(shù)據(jù)為分析依據(jù),對(duì)2001-2010年十年間高�；A(chǔ)研究經(jīng)費(fèi)投入總量、投入增長(zhǎng)率、投入強(qiáng)度及投入的地域分布狀況進(jìn)行了描述。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平和公共政策這兩個(gè)影響高�；A(chǔ)研究經(jīng)費(fèi)投入的因素進(jìn)行了分析,并提出充分發(fā)揮政府作為高�；A(chǔ)研究經(jīng)費(fèi)投入的主體作用,拓展經(jīng)費(fèi)投入渠道、培育多元化投入主體的改進(jìn)建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the latest data provided by the Statistical Yearbook of Science and Technology in China, this paper describes the total amount of investment in basic research in colleges and universities from 2001 to 2010, the growth rate of investment, the intensity of investment and the regional distribution of investment. On this basis, this paper analyzes the economic development level and public policy, which affect the investment of basic research funds in colleges and universities, and puts forward that the government plays a main role as the main body of investment in basic research funds of colleges and universities. Expand the channel of investment, cultivate diversified input of the main body of improvement suggestions.
