【摘要】：結(jié)合科研項目"納米ZSM-5沸石分子篩催化正構烷烴異構化反應性能"的研究,設計了一個微型固定床反應裝置評價催化反應性能實驗。實驗設計按照創(chuàng)新性和綜合性原則,旨在幫助學生系統(tǒng)了解工業(yè)催化劑的設計、合成和性能評價方法,提高學生動手能力和科研創(chuàng)新能力。通過設計和開展創(chuàng)新性和綜合性實踐教學,介紹了在組織與指導過程中的幾點體會,提出了進一步完善創(chuàng)新性、綜合性化學實踐教學的建議,為創(chuàng)新性、綜合性實驗的全面開展提供參考。
[Abstract]:A micro fixed-bed reactor was designed to evaluate the catalytic performance of n-alkane isomerization catalyzed by nano-sized ZSM-5 zeolite molecular sieves in combination with the research project "performance of catalytic isomerization of n-alkanes catalyzed by nano-zeolite molecular sieves". According to the principles of innovation and synthesis, the experimental design aims at helping students to understand systematically the methods of design, synthesis and performance evaluation of industrial catalysts, and to improve their hands-on ability and innovation ability in scientific research. Through the design and development of innovative and comprehensive practical teaching, this paper introduces some experiences in the process of organization and guidance, and puts forward some suggestions for further perfecting the creative and comprehensive chemical practical teaching, which is innovative. The comprehensive experiment is carried out in an all-round way to provide reference.
