中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化融入大學德育工作研究

【摘要】:本研究主要通過問卷調(diào)查、訪談、觀察及個案研究等方法,對國內(nèi)六所高校教師、大學生的優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化知識了解程度、優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化融入德育工作效果以及道德價值判斷等方面進行了較為詳細地調(diào)查,分析了受調(diào)查高校德育工作中融入中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的內(nèi)容和效果。 研究結果表明,大學教師和學生對傳統(tǒng)文化的重要意義和價值有了明確地認識。大部分教師、學生均認為中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化作為中華民族的寶貴精神財富,應該在大學的教育中滲透進去,應該與德育工作有機結合起來。由于受到管理體制和工作實際的影響,雖然對大學德育工作的重要意義有深刻地認識,但實際的大學德育工作效果并不盡人意,大部分教師、學生對現(xiàn)行的融合狀況評價不是太高。中華傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)秀文化融入大學德育工作存在著融入工作的系統(tǒng)性不強、融入內(nèi)容的針對性不強、融入方法的實效性不強等問題。 針對目前優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化融入大學德育工作現(xiàn)狀,本研究建議推動中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化融入大學德育課堂教學,根據(jù)大學生社會實踐的特點與要求,積極探索和不斷完善中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化融入大學德育工作以及大學生社會實踐的內(nèi)容與形式、方法、途徑,并推動中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化融入高校網(wǎng)絡文化,從而逐步形成一套富有中國大學特色的長效機制。此外,還要打造中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化融入大學德育工作的骨干隊伍及構建保障機制等。
[Abstract]:Through questionnaire survey, interview, observation and case study, this study is aimed at understanding the excellent traditional cultural knowledge of teachers and college students in six colleges and universities in China. This paper makes a detailed investigation on the integration of excellent traditional culture into moral education and the judgment of moral value, and analyzes on the contents and effects of the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into the moral education work of the investigated colleges and universities. The results show that university teachers and students have a clear understanding of the significance and value of traditional culture. Most teachers and students think that the excellent Chinese traditional culture, as the precious spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation, should be infiltrated in the university education and should be combined with the moral education. Because of the influence of management system and work practice, although there is a profound understanding of the significance of moral education in universities, the actual effect of moral education in universities is not satisfactory. Most teachers, The students' assessment of the current situation of integration is not too high. There are some problems in the integration of Chinese traditional culture into moral education in universities, such as the system of integration, the pertinence of the content and the effectiveness of the integration methods. In view of the current situation of integrating excellent traditional culture into moral education, this study suggests to promote the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into the classroom teaching of university moral education, according to the characteristics and requirements of college students' social practice. Actively explore and continuously improve the content, form, methods and ways of integrating Chinese excellent traditional culture into university moral education and college students' social practice, and promote the integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture into university network culture. Thus gradually formed a set of Chinese university characteristics of the long-term mechanism. In addition, we should build the backbone team and safeguard mechanism of Chinese excellent traditional culture into the moral education work of the university.
