【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我國高等教育正處于快速發(fā)展時期,高校辦學(xué)規(guī)模不斷擴大,無論教學(xué)、科研還是管理服務(wù)工作都有大量的業(yè)務(wù)、政務(wù)、事物、信息要處理�，F(xiàn)階段積極推進(jìn)高校辦公自動化建設(shè),轉(zhuǎn)變工作方式,提高高校管理工作的質(zhì)量和效率,對于促進(jìn)高等教育建設(shè)和發(fā)展有著十分重要的意義。隨著計算機技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,計算機在各行各業(yè)中應(yīng)用的普及,利用計算機實現(xiàn)學(xué)校辦公自動化系統(tǒng)治理勢在必行。辦公自動化系統(tǒng)是20世紀(jì)80年代初期隨著微型計算機技術(shù)和計算機局域網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展而興起的一門信息處理系統(tǒng)分支。目前,辦公自動化的概念和意識已廣泛地被各類辦公人員所接受,辦公自動化系統(tǒng)已深入到現(xiàn)代社會的各個角落,它的出現(xiàn)正改變著傳統(tǒng)的事務(wù)性辦公業(yè)務(wù),改變著人們的觀念。隨著技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,辦公自動化系統(tǒng)的功能和內(nèi)涵也在不斷地發(fā)展和完善,為未來信息化的社會提供一個高效迅速甚至智能化的辦公環(huán)境。本文旨在通過對西部高校辦公自動化使用現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查,以蘭州商學(xué)院為例,分析西部高校辦公自動化建設(shè)和使用過程中存在的問題,從而有針對性地提出對策建議；研究辦公自動化建設(shè)的管理體制,為西部高校辦公自動化建設(shè)提供必要的參考意見和理論依據(jù)。蘭州商學(xué)院辦公自動化今后的發(fā)展趨勢將移動辦公、以及與其他系統(tǒng)的融合、將向數(shù)字化、知識管理方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, China's higher education is in a period of rapid development, and the scale of running a university is constantly expanding. No matter teaching, scientific research or management services, there are a lot of business, government affairs, things, information to deal with. At present, it is of great significance to promote the construction and development of higher education by actively promoting the construction of office automation in colleges and universities, changing the working mode and improving the quality and efficiency of the management work in colleges and universities. With the rapid development of computer technology and the popularization of computer application in various industries, it is imperative to use computer to realize the management of school office automation system. Office automation system is a branch of information processing system rising with the development of microcomputer technology and computer local area network technology in the early 1980s. At present, the concept and consciousness of office automation have been widely accepted by all kinds of office personnel. Office automation system has penetrated into every corner of modern society, and its appearance is changing the traditional office business. Changing people's minds. With the development of technology, the function and connotation of office automation system are developing and perfecting constantly, which provides an efficient, rapid and even intelligent office environment for the future information society. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems existing in the construction and use of office automation in colleges and universities in the western part of China by investigating the present situation of office automation in universities and colleges in the west, taking Lanzhou Business School as an example, and then putting forward some countermeasures and suggestions. This paper studies the management system of office automation construction and provides the necessary reference and theoretical basis for the construction of office automation in western colleges and universities. The future development trend of office automation in Lanzhou Business School will be mobile office and integration with other systems, which will develop towards digitalization and knowledge management.
