【摘要】：和諧社會(huì)是黨在社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期提出具有特定內(nèi)容的社會(huì)目標(biāo)。校園作為社會(huì)的重要組成部分，因此，構(gòu)建和諧校園對(duì)和諧社會(huì)的構(gòu)建有著特殊的作用，對(duì)我國(guó)教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展有著特殊的意義。但是，隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展和高校招生規(guī)模逐年擴(kuò)大，大學(xué)生的管理問(wèn)題已經(jīng)成為和諧校園建設(shè)的最要問(wèn)題之一。90后大學(xué)生是指1990年到1999年年底出生并進(jìn)入大學(xué)進(jìn)行教育的中國(guó)公民。自2008年起，90后學(xué)生開(kāi)始陸續(xù)進(jìn)入大學(xué)接受高等教育，90后大學(xué)生在在校大學(xué)生中的比重逐漸增大，90后大學(xué)生作為大學(xué)校園的新興力量，有著與其他年齡段大學(xué)生不同的特點(diǎn)，，因此，對(duì)于高校來(lái)說(shuō)，若不對(duì)90后大學(xué)生進(jìn)行正確的價(jià)值觀引導(dǎo)和管理，不僅會(huì)影響90后大學(xué)生自身的成長(zhǎng)、發(fā)展，更會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響到整個(gè)大學(xué)生群體的進(jìn)步及和諧校園的建設(shè)。而目前的管理在組織結(jié)構(gòu)、相關(guān)制度和資助方式等方面還有一定的缺陷。關(guān)愛(ài)90后大學(xué)生群體是新世紀(jì)建設(shè)和諧校園的重要工作。 20世紀(jì)80年代產(chǎn)生的和諧管理理論認(rèn)為:管理問(wèn)題的有效解決措施無(wú)法簡(jiǎn)單的將主觀情感的一面歸結(jié)或轉(zhuǎn)化為客觀科學(xué)的一面，也就是說(shuō)，管理必須遵循兩個(gè)規(guī)則，用優(yōu)化思路解決客觀科學(xué)的一面，從主觀感情的角度解決不確定性的一面，并通過(guò)種種方式，將其更加科學(xué)的結(jié)合起來(lái)，從而提高整體的效率。將前者稱(chēng)為管理的“諧則”，后者稱(chēng)為管理的“和則”，兩者相互結(jié)合便為“和諧”。本文基于和諧管理理論，并結(jié)合新時(shí)期高校管理的具體情況和90后大學(xué)生自身特點(diǎn)，對(duì)90后大學(xué)生的管理問(wèn)題進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的探討，以期促進(jìn)高校管理工作的順利進(jìn)行，豐富和諧管理理論的實(shí)踐性意義。 本文系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用了文獻(xiàn)法、演繹法和案例法等研究方法，首先確定了相應(yīng)的和諧主題——90后大學(xué)生及其管理再通過(guò)演繹推理將和諧管理理論應(yīng)用于實(shí)踐中解決不和諧問(wèn)題，通過(guò)注重思想道德教育，加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生的道德意識(shí);建立和諧人際關(guān)系，提高大學(xué)生的社會(huì)適應(yīng)能力；樹(shù)立以人為本的觀念，幫助90后大學(xué)生積極回饋社會(huì)；優(yōu)化高校相應(yīng)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)，系統(tǒng)落實(shí)90后大學(xué)生的管理工作；完善相應(yīng)的管理制度，提高90后大學(xué)生的管理質(zhì)量；并通過(guò)開(kāi)展心理咨詢(xún)、心理輔導(dǎo)的方式，充分了解90后大學(xué)生的心理情況。最后創(chuàng)建相應(yīng)的和諧管理模式并將預(yù)想的管理效果以圖表的形式更加直觀地展示出來(lái)。

However, with the development of the times and the expansion of the enrollment scale of colleges and universities, The management of college students has become one of the most important problems in the construction of harmonious campus. The post-90s college students are Chinese citizens who were born from 1990 to the end of 1999 and entered university for education. Since 2008, the post-90s students began to enter the university to receive higher education one after another, the proportion of post-90s students in the college students gradually increased, post-90s college students as a new strength of the university campus, It has different characteristics from other age groups. Therefore, for colleges and universities, if they are not guided and managed by correct values, it will not only affect the growth and development of post-90s college students. Will seriously affect the progress of the entire group of college students and the construction of a harmonious campus. The current management in the organizational structure, related systems and funding methods and so on there are certain shortcomings. Caring for the post-1990 college students is an important task in building a harmonious campus in the new century. The harmonious management theory that emerged in the 1980s holds that the effective measures to solve management problems cannot simply reduce or transform the subjective emotional side into the objective scientific side, that is, the management must follow two rules. The objective scientific side is solved by optimizing thinking, and the uncertain side is solved from the angle of subjective emotion, and through various ways, it is more scientifically combined to improve the overall efficiency. The former is called "harmonious rule" of management, the latter is called "harmony" of management. Based on the theory of harmonious management, combined with the concrete situation of university management in the new period and the characteristics of post-90s college students, this paper probes into the management problems of post-90s college students in order to promote the smooth progress of university management. Enrich the practical significance of harmonious management theory. This paper systematically uses the methods of literature, deduction and case law to determine the corresponding theme of harmony, that is, the post-90s college students and their management, and then applies the theory of harmonious management to solve the problem of disharmony in practice through deductive reasoning. To strengthen the moral consciousness of college students by paying attention to ideological and moral education; Establishing harmonious interpersonal relationship and improving college students' ability to adapt to society; Set up the idea of people-oriented, help the post-90s college students to give back to the society actively, optimize the corresponding organizational structure of the university, carry out the management work of the post-90s college students systematically, perfect the corresponding management system, improve the management quality of the post-90s college students; And through the way of psychological counseling and psychological counseling, fully understand the psychological situation of post-1990 college students. Finally, the corresponding harmonious management model is created and the desired management effect is displayed more intuitively in the form of charts.
