高校女教師生存狀態(tài)的歷史變遷——基于歷史與社會(huì)性別的雙重視角

【摘要】:面對(duì)近年來高校女教師隊(duì)伍的日益壯大,從女性的社會(huì)、歷史文化出發(fā),梳理了我國(guó)不同歷史時(shí)期的三種主要社會(huì)性別制度:"男女有別"、"男女平等"與"男女都一樣";概括并分析了我國(guó)高校女教師先后呈現(xiàn)的三種生存狀態(tài):"缺席者"、"在場(chǎng)者"與"言說者"。旨在呼喚人們進(jìn)一步關(guān)注高校女教師的利益訴求與發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。這必將是一個(gè)沖破主流話語(yǔ)屏障、回歸生活本身的難得的精神覺醒與自我發(fā)現(xiàn)的過程。
[Abstract]:In the face of the growing female teachers in colleges and universities in recent years, starting from the society, history and culture of women, three main social gender systems in different historical periods of our country are sorted out: "male and female differences", "equality between men and women" and "men and women alike"; This paper summarizes and analyzes three living conditions of female teachers in colleges and universities in China: absent person, present person and speaker. The purpose is to call people to pay more attention to the interest demand and development trend of female teachers in colleges and universities. This will be a rare process of spiritual awakening and self-discovery that breaks through the mainstream discourse barrier and returns to life itself.
