隱性知識(shí)挖掘的高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育:理念變革與對(duì)策探討

【摘要】:開展高質(zhì)量高水準(zhǔn)的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育是高校順應(yīng)知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代對(duì)創(chuàng)新人才需求的必然選擇。高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育除了要授予學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)知識(shí),更要培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)能力、創(chuàng)業(yè)素養(yǎng)和創(chuàng)業(yè)心理。隱性知識(shí)作為知識(shí)創(chuàng)新和價(jià)值創(chuàng)造的關(guān)鍵,對(duì)于高校開展創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)創(chuàng)新型的創(chuàng)業(yè)人才具有至關(guān)重要的作用。創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中隱性知識(shí)的挖掘要關(guān)注從隱性知識(shí)發(fā)掘開始、經(jīng)由隱性知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)化和隱性知識(shí)分享、到隱性知識(shí)內(nèi)化的整個(gè)循環(huán)過程。文章認(rèn)為轉(zhuǎn)變創(chuàng)業(yè)教育觀念是開展基于隱性知識(shí)挖掘的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的前提,創(chuàng)造校園創(chuàng)業(yè)文化、構(gòu)建實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系、搭建創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化基地和整合社會(huì)創(chuàng)業(yè)資源等的具體對(duì)策是提升創(chuàng)業(yè)教育質(zhì)量的保障。
[Abstract]:Developing high-quality and high-standard entrepreneurship education is an inevitable choice for colleges and universities to meet the needs of innovative talents in the era of knowledge economy. Entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities should not only grant students entrepreneurial knowledge, but also cultivate students' entrepreneurial ability, entrepreneurial literacy and entrepreneurial psychology. As the key of knowledge innovation and value creation, tacit knowledge plays an important role in developing entrepreneurship education and cultivating innovative talents with high quality in colleges and universities. The mining of tacit knowledge in entrepreneurship education should focus on the whole process of tacit knowledge internalization from tacit knowledge mining through tacit knowledge transformation and tacit knowledge sharing. The paper holds that changing the concept of entrepreneurship education is the premise of developing entrepreneurship education based on tacit knowledge mining, creating campus entrepreneurial culture and constructing practical teaching system. The concrete countermeasures to build incubator base and integrate social entrepreneurial resources are to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education.
