高校學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)的培育與保障機(jī)制研究

【摘要】:隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)和信息時(shí)代的到來,知識(shí)的綜合性不斷增強(qiáng),學(xué)術(shù)研究的跨學(xué)科性日益明顯,不同學(xué)科之間的交叉頻繁,原有的個(gè)人研究方式已無法適應(yīng)當(dāng)今越來越復(fù)雜的學(xué)術(shù)問題。因此,高校需要組建學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì),依靠團(tuán)隊(duì)智慧、聯(lián)合攻關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)問題。學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)是針對(duì)具體的科學(xué)技術(shù)問題或共同的學(xué)術(shù)目標(biāo),以高校教師為主體,由一些知識(shí)互補(bǔ)并愿意為共同的科研目的,相互協(xié)作相互承擔(dān)責(zé)任的學(xué)術(shù)人員組成的正式工作群體。 高校的主要功能是教學(xué)與學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展,這兩個(gè)功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)也需要學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)。學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)是促進(jìn)高校學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展的必然途徑,是提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的堅(jiān)實(shí)后盾,是學(xué)術(shù)傳承的需要。目前,政府和高校已經(jīng)充分認(rèn)識(shí)到培育學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)的重要性,不僅從政策方面給予學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)更多的優(yōu)惠,在其他有利于學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)形成與發(fā)展的各個(gè)方面都給予大力支持。 本文主要以高校學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)的培育與保障為研究對(duì)象,,分析其發(fā)展歷程,并根據(jù)新時(shí)期我國(guó)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的客觀要求,通過調(diào)查研究、比較研究和案例分析的方法,深入探究我國(guó)高校學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)形成與發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,并找到其癥結(jié)所在,同時(shí)比較與借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),構(gòu)建并完善我國(guó)高校學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)健康發(fā)展所需的培育機(jī)制與保障機(jī)制。通過本文的研究旨在為高校學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)的形成與發(fā)展,搭建一個(gè)多維度、寬視野、全方位的研究框架,為今后的研究提供更多的借鑒與啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of knowledge economy and information age, the comprehensiveness of knowledge is increasing, the interdisciplinary nature of academic research is becoming more and more obvious, and the intersection of different disciplines is frequent. The original way of individual research has been unable to adapt to today's increasingly complex academic issues. Therefore, colleges and universities need to set up academic innovation team, rely on team wisdom, joint tackling key academic problems. The academic innovation team is aimed at specific scientific and technological problems or common academic goals, taking university teachers as the main body, with some knowledge complementing each other and willing to serve the common purpose of scientific research. A formal working group of academics who collaborate and take responsibility for each other. The main function of colleges and universities is teaching and academic development, and the realization of these two functions also needs academic innovation team. Academic innovation team is an inevitable way to promote the academic development of colleges and universities, a solid backing for improving teaching quality and a need for academic inheritance. At present, the government and universities have fully recognized the importance of fostering academic innovation teams, not only in terms of policy to give more preferential treatment to academic innovation teams. In other areas conducive to the formation and development of academic innovation team to give strong support. This paper mainly takes the cultivation and guarantee of academic innovation team as the research object, analyzes its development course, and according to the objective requirements of our country's political, economic and social development in the new period, through investigation and research, comparative study and case analysis method. This paper probes into the status quo and existing problems of the formation and development of academic innovation teams in colleges and universities in China, finds out the crux of the problems, and compares and draws lessons from the successful experiences of academic innovation teams in developed countries. To construct and perfect the cultivation mechanism and guarantee mechanism for the healthy development of academic innovation team in colleges and universities in China. The purpose of this paper is to set up a multi-dimensional, wide-field and omni-directional research framework for the formation and development of academic innovation team in colleges and universities, and to provide more reference and inspiration for future research.
