高校教師心理危機(jī)及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:高校擔(dān)負(fù)著為國家培養(yǎng)人才、推動(dòng)科技發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步的重要使命。高校教師作為高校中最重要的資源,以其特定的社會(huì)作用和使命,成就了其特殊的社會(huì)地位,高校教師是高校實(shí)現(xiàn)其使命和責(zé)任的根本保障。隨著社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展和教育體制改革的不斷深入,在大的社會(huì)背景下,高校教師也正面臨著一系列新的挑戰(zhàn)和壓力,引發(fā)一系列心理問題的出現(xiàn),,導(dǎo)致一系列事件的發(fā)生,在社會(huì)上引起強(qiáng)烈反響。高校教師的心理健康問題日益成為社會(huì)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),高校教師心理危機(jī)如果得不到很好的解決,在很大程度上將會(huì)影響到我國高等教育的改革和發(fā)展。 本文以高校教師心理危機(jī)干預(yù)為研究對(duì)象,從心理學(xué)角度研究高校教師心理危機(jī)及其對(duì)策;從高校教師的特殊性來分析高校教師心理危機(jī)的特殊性,介紹了高校教師心理危機(jī)的主要表現(xiàn),從外部原因和內(nèi)在原因兩個(gè)方面研究分析了高校教師心理危機(jī)產(chǎn)生的原因。在前文研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從高校教師心理危機(jī)干預(yù)的必要性、干預(yù)的原則、高校教師心理危機(jī)干預(yù)體系、外部他助系統(tǒng)、內(nèi)部自助系統(tǒng)等方面詳細(xì)論述了高校教師心理危機(jī)干預(yù)對(duì)策,以減輕高校教師的心理危機(jī)及其對(duì)我國高等教育的不良影響,促進(jìn)高校教師心理和我國高等教育事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于根據(jù)高校教師群體的特殊性來論證高校教師心理危機(jī)的特殊性,為高校教師心理危機(jī)干預(yù)奠定前提條件。其次在高校教師心理危機(jī)干預(yù)對(duì)策方面,不僅論述了高校教師心理危機(jī)干預(yù)體系、外部他助系統(tǒng)、內(nèi)部自助系統(tǒng),而且還研究論述了高校教師心理危機(jī)干預(yù)干預(yù)的原則,可以為高校教師心理危機(jī)干預(yù)的具體實(shí)踐提供建議和參考。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of cultivating talents for the country and promoting the development of science and technology and social progress. College teachers, as the most important resources in colleges and universities, have achieved their special social status with their specific social roles and missions. College teachers are the fundamental guarantee for colleges and universities to realize their mission and responsibilities. With the continuous development of society and the deepening of educational system reform, college teachers are also facing a series of new challenges and pressures, which lead to a series of psychological problems, leading to a series of events. Aroused strong reaction in the society. The psychological health of college teachers has become the focus of social attention. If the psychological crisis of university teachers is not well solved, it will affect the reform and development of higher education in China to a great extent. This paper studies the psychological crisis of college teachers and its countermeasures from the perspective of psychology. This paper analyzes the particularity of college teachers' psychological crisis from the particularity of university teachers, introduces the main manifestation of university teachers' psychological crisis, and analyzes the causes of university teachers' psychological crisis from two aspects of external and internal reasons. On the basis of the previous research, from the necessity of the psychological crisis intervention of university teachers, the principle of intervention, the intervention system of college teachers' psychological crisis, the external help system, In order to alleviate the psychological crisis of university teachers and its negative influence on higher education, this paper discusses in detail the intervention countermeasures of college teachers' psychological crisis from the internal self-help system, so as to promote the healthy development of college teachers' psychology and the cause of higher education in our country. The innovation of this paper is to prove the particularity of college teachers' psychological crisis according to the particularity of university teachers' group, and to lay the precondition for the intervention of university teachers' psychological crisis. Secondly, in the aspect of intervention countermeasures of college teachers' psychological crisis, it not only discusses the intervention system of university teachers' psychological crisis, external help system, internal self-help system, but also studies the principles of college teachers' psychological crisis intervention. It can provide suggestions and references for the concrete practice of psychological crisis intervention of college teachers.
