大學(xué)校園暴力問題及其安全教育機制研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟迅猛發(fā)展,多元思潮的不斷傳播和滲透,傳播媒介的廣泛使用,由圖像、動作和聲音組成的校園暴力視頻沖擊了人們的眼球,更震驚了社會。校園暴力不僅嚴重影響了廣大師生的身心健康,而且也影響到學(xué)校的安全穩(wěn)定與和諧校園建設(shè)。 本論文以大學(xué)校園暴力問題作為研究校園暴力的視角,內(nèi)容主要包括:(I)概述國內(nèi)外關(guān)于校園暴力的研究綜述。查閱文獻了解國內(nèi)外關(guān)于校園暴力問題研究的狀況和研究內(nèi)容。(2)大學(xué)校園暴力問題現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查研究。設(shè)計和編制《大學(xué)生校園暴力問題調(diào)查問卷(教師版)、(學(xué)生版)》和訪談提綱,用來幫助我們更全面地了解大學(xué)生和老師對于校園暴力這一問題的看法和觀點,借此掌握更多的關(guān)于校園暴力現(xiàn)狀及其相關(guān)因素的情況,分析問題存在的根源,探討解決問題的對策。調(diào)查內(nèi)容涉及到校園暴力的類型、行為表現(xiàn);學(xué)生、老師對校園暴力表現(xiàn)的認識度;校園暴力事件發(fā)生的頻率、時間、地點;施暴者特征和受暴者特征;校園暴力事件對學(xué)生、老師的影響;監(jiān)護人的教育方式;家庭中的人際關(guān)系;學(xué)生的同伴關(guān)系;暴力網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳媒對學(xué)生、老師的影響;學(xué)生自己解決問題的能力;老師提議解決校園暴力的舉措等。(3)應(yīng)對大學(xué)校園暴力的安全教育機制的構(gòu)建。通過查閱文獻了解高校關(guān)于預(yù)防校園暴力的機制和舉措。并從高校安全教育機制中去概述和構(gòu)建大學(xué)校園暴力預(yù)防的安全教育機制建設(shè)體系、實施內(nèi)容和構(gòu)建原則等。 本論文的研究重點是調(diào)查了解不同類型高校的大學(xué)校園暴力問題現(xiàn)狀;針對大學(xué)校園暴力問題現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,配套構(gòu)建高校安全教育機制。這是一個全新的內(nèi)容,是本研究的重點,也是一個難點。對大學(xué)校園暴力問題的深入細致研究,有助于拓展高校思想政治教育內(nèi)容的研究;有助于改善和提升高校教育管理理念和管理教育方式;有助于豐富高校安全教育理念和填補高校安全教育內(nèi)容;有助于提升大學(xué)生對安全知識的正確認識和滿足學(xué)生對安全知識的需求;有助于促進大學(xué)生健康人格的形成及和諧校園的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's socialist market economy, the continuous spread and penetration of multiple thoughts, the widespread use of the media, the violent video of campus violence, which consists of images, actions and sounds, has shocked people's eyeballs. Even more shocked the society. Campus violence not only seriously affects the physical and mental health of teachers and students, but also affects the safety, stability and harmonious campus construction. This thesis takes the issue of campus violence as the perspective of campus violence, including: (I) overview of domestic and foreign research on campus violence. To find out the research status and content of campus violence at home and abroad. (2) investigation and research on the current situation of university campus violence. To design and compile the questionnaire on Campus violence among College students (teacher version of), (Student Edition) and the outline of interviews to help us understand more comprehensively the views and views of college students and teachers on the issue of campus violence. In order to grasp more about the current situation of campus violence and its related factors, analyze the root causes of the problem, and explore the countermeasures to solve the problem. The contents of the investigation relate to the types and behavior of violence in campus; the awareness of students and teachers on the expression of violence on campus; the frequency, time and place of violent incidents on campus; the characteristics of the perpetrators and the victims of the violence; the violence on the campus against students, the students and the students. Teacher's influence; guardian's way of education; interpersonal relationship in family; peer relationship of students; influence of violent network media on students and teachers; students' ability to solve problems themselves; (3) the construction of safety education mechanism to deal with campus violence. Through consulting the literature to understand the mechanism and measures of preventing campus violence in colleges and universities. And from the university safety education mechanism to outline and construct the university campus violence prevention safety education mechanism construction system, the implementation content and the construction principle and so on. The research focus of this paper is to investigate and understand the current situation of campus violence in different types of colleges and universities, and to construct the safety education mechanism of colleges and universities in accordance with the investigation of the current situation of university campus violence. This is a new content, is the focus of this study, but also a difficult point. The thorough and meticulous research on the problem of campus violence is helpful to expand the content of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and to improve and promote the educational management concept and educational methods of colleges and universities. It is helpful to enrich the concept of safety education in colleges and universities, to fill the content of safety education in colleges and universities, to promote the correct understanding of safety knowledge among college students and to meet the needs of students for safety knowledge. It is helpful to promote the formation of healthy personality of college students and the healthy development of harmonious campus.
