【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的日益發(fā)展和大學生利益訴求的日趨多元化,高校大學生通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)表評論、表達訴求、尋求聲援乃至發(fā)起行動的事例越來越多,部分通過集群效應(yīng)形成了高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件,并且高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件還呈現(xiàn)發(fā)生數(shù)量增加、發(fā)生領(lǐng)域擴大的趨勢。這必須引起高校乃至全社會的重視。為了更好的進行防范應(yīng)對,服務(wù)高校大學生群體,促進大學生健康成長,維護高校穩(wěn)定,促進和諧社會的建設(shè),有必要對高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件進行系統(tǒng)研究。通過探討高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件的內(nèi)涵界定、類別、特點,分析了解高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件的發(fā)展態(tài)勢。在此基礎(chǔ)上,聯(lián)系當前高校實際,剖析當前高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件的應(yīng)急管理存在的缺失及其原因,并立足于這些缺失和原因,提出完善高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體性事件應(yīng)急管理的對策。
[Abstract]:With the development of network information technology and the diversification of college students' interest demands, there are more and more examples of college students making comments, expressing their demands, seeking solidarity and even initiating actions through the network. Partly through the cluster effect, the network group events in colleges and universities are formed, and the number of network group events in colleges and universities is increasing and the field of occurrence is expanding. This must arouse the attention of colleges and universities and even the whole society. In order to better prevent and respond, serve the college students, promote the healthy growth of college students, maintain the stability of colleges and universities, promote the construction of a harmonious society, it is necessary to conduct a systematic study on the network group events in colleges and universities. This paper discusses the connotation, category and characteristics of the network group events in colleges and universities, and analyzes the development trend of the network group events in colleges and universities. On this basis, the paper analyzes the deficiency and reasons of emergency management of network group events in colleges and universities, and puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the emergency management of network group incidents in colleges and universities based on these deficiencies and reasons.
