【摘要】：我國(guó)一直非常重視高校就業(yè)工作信息化建設(shè)。根據(jù)管理信息系統(tǒng)理論分析高校就業(yè)工作對(duì)信息化的需求,結(jié)合高校實(shí)際,提出了構(gòu)建適應(yīng)新時(shí)期發(fā)展需要的個(gè)性化、自助式的高校就業(yè)管理信息系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)全員化、全程化、系統(tǒng)化、實(shí)時(shí)化的多用戶分級(jí)管理模式,加強(qiáng)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析功能,增強(qiáng)了互動(dòng)性、自主性、參與性和創(chuàng)新性,經(jīng)過(guò)高校就業(yè)工作實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn),對(duì)高校就業(yè)工作信息化建設(shè)進(jìn)行了有益的探索和嘗試。
[Abstract]:Our country has always attached great importance to the informatization construction of employment work in colleges and universities. According to the theory of management information system (MIS), this paper analyzes the demand for informatization of employment work in colleges and universities, combining with the reality of colleges and universities, puts forward the construction of individualized, self-help college employment management information system to meet the needs of the development of the new era, so as to realize the integration of all personnel and the whole process. Systematic and real-time multi-user hierarchical management model, strengthen the function of data statistics and analysis, enhance the interaction, autonomy, participation and innovation, and have been tested by the employment practice in colleges and universities. This paper has carried on the beneficial exploration and the attempt to the university employment work informationization construction.
