【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、信息時(shí)代的到來(lái)，使得人們處于“變化是當(dāng)今唯一不變的主題”的變革年代，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)環(huán)境發(fā)生了天翻地覆的變化，越來(lái)越多的人們將組織的成功歸結(jié)為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力這個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素。當(dāng)前我國(guó)學(xué)院制回歸的大背景、高等教育內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展、二級(jí)學(xué)院工作的順利開(kāi)展等都對(duì)二級(jí)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力提出了新要求、新挑戰(zhàn)。本文圍繞領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力理論、二級(jí)學(xué)院、學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)三個(gè)關(guān)鍵要素展開(kāi)，，以期給相關(guān)研究提供有益借鑒。本文的具體結(jié)構(gòu)安排如下： 首先梳理了領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力研究的相關(guān)背景、研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究動(dòng)態(tài)以及本論文的研究思路和方法。其次是本研究的理論支撐和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力理論的概述：領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力理論發(fā)展概述、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力定義、中國(guó)科學(xué)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力五力模型。再次是對(duì)二級(jí)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力有效實(shí)施的情境因素，也就是二級(jí)學(xué)院組織管理特性進(jìn)行了分析：學(xué)院制的本質(zhì)屬性、類型，學(xué)院設(shè)置的原則，我國(guó)二級(jí)學(xué)院的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)體制。根據(jù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力理論以及二級(jí)學(xué)院組織管理特性，二級(jí)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力模型主要的構(gòu)成要素有：教育理念、以專業(yè)知識(shí)與管理知識(shí)為顯著特征的基本素質(zhì)、學(xué)術(shù)道德與學(xué)術(shù)倫理、工作激情、管理智慧、戰(zhàn)略管理、關(guān)系管理、決策管理、規(guī)范管理。二級(jí)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力模型為我們科學(xué)、全面分析院長(zhǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力存在的問(wèn)題提供了理論依據(jù)與分析思路。最后，提出了二級(jí)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力提升對(duì)策。運(yùn)用理、才、德、情、謀提升二級(jí)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)感召力；以聲譽(yù)資本為核心價(jià)值導(dǎo)向提升二級(jí)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)前瞻力；基于中國(guó)文化提升二級(jí)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)影響力；實(shí)施“借智、增智”工程提升二級(jí)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)決策力；運(yùn)用“科學(xué)管理”提升二級(jí)學(xué)院院長(zhǎng)控制力。
[Abstract]:With the economic globalization and the arrival of the information age, people are in the era of "change is the only constant theme", and the leadership environment has changed dramatically. A growing number of people attribute organizational success to leadership as a key factor. At present, the great background of the return of college system in our country, the connotation development of higher education and the smooth development of the work of the secondary college have all put forward new requirements and new challenges to the leadership of the dean of the secondary college. This paper focuses on three key elements: leadership theory, secondary college and dean of college, in order to provide useful reference for relevant research. The specific structure of this paper is as follows: firstly, the research background, research significance, domestic and foreign research trends and the research ideas and methods of this paper are combed. The second is the theoretical support of this study and the overview of leadership theory: the development of leadership theory, leadership definition, the leadership of the Chinese Academy of Sciences five-force model. Thirdly, it analyzes the situation factors of the effective implementation of the leadership of the dean of the secondary college, that is, the organizational management characteristics of the secondary college: the essential attributes of the college system, the types, the principles of the establishment of the college, the organizational structure of the secondary college in our country. Leadership system According to the theory of leadership and the characteristics of organization and management of secondary colleges, the main elements of the leadership model are: educational idea, basic qualities characterized by professional knowledge and management knowledge, academic morality and academic ethics. Passion, management intelligence, strategic management, relationship management, decision management, normative management. The leadership model provides a theoretical basis and an analytical idea for us to analyze the problems of deans' leadership in a scientific and comprehensive way. In the end, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the leadership of the second-level college deans. Use reason, talent, morality, feeling, seek to enhance the appeal of the dean of the secondary college; promote the foresight ability of the dean of the secondary school with reputation capital as the core value; enhance the influence of the dean of the second grade college based on Chinese culture; implement "borrow wisdom," To enhance the decision-making ability of the dean of the second-level college and to use the scientific management to enhance the control power of the dean of the second-level college.
