【摘要】：獨(dú)立學(xué)院是我國在高等教育大眾化發(fā)展過程中,充分利用現(xiàn)有優(yōu)質(zhì)高等教育資源和調(diào)動(dòng)社會(huì)力量辦學(xué),從而不斷有效增加高等教育資源的新形式。在各項(xiàng)高校教學(xué)活動(dòng)中,學(xué)生工作是我國高等教育的重要組成部分,是維護(hù)高校日常教育教學(xué)秩序的組織基礎(chǔ),是培養(yǎng)我國社會(huì)主義建設(shè)者和接班人的體系保障。但隨著獨(dú)立學(xué)院的不斷發(fā)展,其自身的理念、體制和現(xiàn)狀決定了獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生工作將面臨著許多新的問題和挑戰(zhàn)。 項(xiàng)目化管理是一種系統(tǒng)性的管理方法,其目的是充分利用現(xiàn)有資源以完成某個(gè)既定目標(biāo),該目的通常需要經(jīng)過有效的組織、計(jì)劃、控制、與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)等手段,利用特殊形式的臨時(shí)組織運(yùn)行機(jī)制來實(shí)現(xiàn)。本論文從以下方面探討了獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生工作中的項(xiàng)目化管理問題：首先是對(duì)目前獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生工作的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析與研究；其次是基于對(duì)于現(xiàn)狀的分析,制定學(xué)生工作項(xiàng)目化管理的實(shí)施步驟和方案；最后是在實(shí)踐運(yùn)用中探討學(xué)生工作項(xiàng)目化管理的預(yù)期效果及價(jià)值。論文的創(chuàng)新之處在于,把管理學(xué)中的項(xiàng)目化管理理論的模式與獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生工作結(jié)合起來,創(chuàng)造出新穎而有實(shí)際意義的活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目,改變了傳統(tǒng)的學(xué)生工作方式,進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)了學(xué)生工作的精細(xì)化和科學(xué)化,并大膽探索和創(chuàng)新了獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生工作的有效路徑和推進(jìn)方式。
[Abstract]:The independent college is a new form of making full use of the existing high quality higher education resources and mobilizing the social forces to run a school in the process of the popularization of higher education in our country, so as to increase the resources of higher education continuously and effectively. In the teaching activities of colleges and universities, student work is an important part of higher education in our country, an organizational basis for maintaining the order of daily education and teaching in colleges and universities, and a system guarantee for training socialist constructors and successors in our country. However, with the continuous development of independent college, its own concept, system and current situation determine that independent college student work will face many new problems and challenges. Project management is a systematic management approach designed to make full use of available resources to achieve a given goal, often through effective organization, planning, control, leadership, etc. Use a special form of temporary organization mechanism to achieve. This paper discusses the project management in the student work of independent college from the following aspects: firstly, it analyzes and studies the current situation of student work in independent college; secondly, it is based on the analysis of the current situation. Finally, it discusses the expected effect and value of the project management of student work in practice. The innovation of the thesis lies in the combination of the mode of project management theory in management with the student work of independent college, and the creation of new and practical activity items, which have changed the traditional student working mode. It further promotes the refinement and scientization of student work, and boldly explores and innovates the effective ways and means of promoting student work in independent colleges.
