【摘要】：民辦普通高校(以下簡稱民辦高校)是高等教育的重要組成部分,具有強(qiáng)大的生命力。近年來,我國民辦高校堅(jiān)持社會(huì)主義辦學(xué)方向,全面貫徹黨的教育方針,以學(xué)生為本,努力探索符合自身特點(diǎn)的學(xué)生思想政治教育的新內(nèi)容、新方法和新機(jī)制,取得了一定的成績,但也存在諸多問題。全面準(zhǔn)確地把握目前民辦高校學(xué)生思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀,針對(duì)問題研究對(duì)策,對(duì)于提升民辦高校學(xué)生思想政治教育水平,促進(jìn)其全面健康發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。 本文以馬克思主義思想政教育的基本理論為指導(dǎo),深入民辦高校開展實(shí)證調(diào)查,在把握鮮活一手資料的基礎(chǔ)上,較全面的分析了民辦高校學(xué)生思想狀況；闡述了民辦高校學(xué)生思想政治教育工作取得的成績,客觀真實(shí)地揭示了存在的問題并分析了原因；針對(duì)大學(xué)生思想和民辦高校學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的實(shí)際提出了八個(gè)方面的對(duì)策建議,即把思想政治教育放在首位；加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)完善體制；豐富教學(xué)內(nèi)容；提升思政課教學(xué)水平；加強(qiáng)黨團(tuán)組織建設(shè)；努力搞好輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍建設(shè)；搞好校園文化交涉優(yōu)化育人氛圍；搞好心理健康教育和網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)。力圖為從事民辦高校學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)踐和研究工作的同志提供參考和借鑒,為全面加強(qiáng)民辦高校大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作,從而促進(jìn)民辦高校穩(wěn)步健康發(fā)展作貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Private colleges and universities (hereinafter referred to as private colleges and universities for short) are an important part of higher education and have strong vitality. In recent years, our private colleges and universities adhere to the direction of socialist education, carry out the educational policy of the party in an all-round way, take the students as the base, and try to explore new contents, new methods and new ways of students' Ideological and political education, which are in line with their own special points. The mechanism has achieved a certain number of achievements, but there are also many problems. It is of great significance to grasp the current situation of Ideological and political education for the students of private colleges and universities and to improve the ideological and political education level and promote the comprehensive and healthy development of the students in private colleges and Universities.
This paper, guided by the basic theory of Marx's ideological and political education, carries out an empirical investigation into the private colleges and universities. On the basis of grasping the raw materials, this paper analyzes the ideological status of the students in private colleges and universities, expounds the achievements obtained by the ideological and political education work of the students in private colleges and universities, and objectively and truthfully reveals the existence of the questions. The paper also analyzes the reasons, and puts forward eight countermeasures and suggestions for the ideological and political education of college students and the students of private colleges and universities, that is, to put the ideological and political education in the first place; to strengthen the leadership and improve the system; to enrich the teaching content; to improve the teaching level of the ideological and political course; to strengthen the construction of the organization of the Party group; and to do a good job of guidance. The construction of a team of personnel should be made to improve the atmosphere of campus cultural negotiation and optimize the atmosphere of educating people; to make a good job of mental health education and network construction. It tries to provide reference and reference for the comrades engaged in the practice and research of Ideological and political education for the students of private colleges and universities, in order to strengthen the ideological and political education of private college students in an all-round way, and thus promote the steady state of the private colleges and universities.
