【摘要】：面對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)中各種思潮的沖擊和影響及不斷出現(xiàn)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)失范等問題，高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情亟需一個(gè)行之有效的科學(xué)的引領(lǐng)機(jī)制，對(duì)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情進(jìn)行主流價(jià)值宣傳及民意思想疏導(dǎo)。構(gòu)建以社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系引領(lǐng)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的機(jī)制（以下稱“引領(lǐng)機(jī)制”）真正應(yīng)了時(shí)代之需。因此，加強(qiáng)“引領(lǐng)機(jī)制”的建設(shè)對(duì)做好高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情研究工作、提升社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系引領(lǐng)功能具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文在導(dǎo)言中介紹了論文選題的來源，簡(jiǎn)單回顧了高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情、社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系引領(lǐng)機(jī)制現(xiàn)階段的研究概況，并對(duì)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情、“引領(lǐng)機(jī)制”等概念及相關(guān)理論借鑒進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要闡述。在此基礎(chǔ)上，本文首先從社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系引領(lǐng)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情機(jī)制的依據(jù)出發(fā)，，分析闡述了高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情對(duì)社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系引領(lǐng)的內(nèi)在與外在訴求，明確了針對(duì)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系引領(lǐng)機(jī)制的必要性和價(jià)值。其次，通過對(duì)“引領(lǐng)機(jī)制”內(nèi)容、功能的闡述，便于更好地認(rèn)識(shí)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情與社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系引領(lǐng)機(jī)制的關(guān)系，清晰高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的引領(lǐng)工作，提高“引領(lǐng)機(jī)制”構(gòu)建的科學(xué)性與自覺性。再次，針對(duì)高校這一特殊的群體，提出構(gòu)建“引領(lǐng)機(jī)制”需要遵守方向性原則、針對(duì)性原則及層次性原則。最后，從重視社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系教育、提高社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系認(rèn)同、加大社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系宣傳、注重社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息引導(dǎo)功能等四個(gè)方面及其發(fā)揮的作用，闡述了構(gòu)建“引領(lǐng)機(jī)制”的途徑，以便于更好地發(fā)揮社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系對(duì)高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的引領(lǐng)功能，營(yíng)造良好的校園網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境，形成網(wǎng)絡(luò)思想政治教育工作輿論強(qiáng)勢(shì)，最終達(dá)到“以科學(xué)的理論武裝人、以正確的輿論引導(dǎo)人、以高尚的精神塑造人、以優(yōu)秀的作品鼓舞人”的目的。
[Abstract]:In the face of the impact and influence of various trends of thought in the network and the problems of network anomie, the network public opinion in colleges and universities needs an effective scientific leading mechanism to propagate the mainstream value of the network public opinion in colleges and universities and unblock the thought of public opinion. The construction of socialist core value system to guide university network public opinion (hereinafter referred to as "leading mechanism") really meets the needs of the times. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to strengthen the construction of "leading mechanism" to do well the research work of network public opinion in colleges and universities and to promote the leading function of socialist core value system. In the introduction, this paper introduces the source of the selected topic of the thesis, briefly reviews the network public opinion in colleges and universities, the leading mechanism of the socialist core value system at this stage, and makes a brief review of the network public opinion in colleges and universities. The concept of "leading mechanism" and related theories are briefly expounded. On this basis, this paper firstly starts from the basis of the socialist core value system leading the network public opinion mechanism of colleges and universities, analyzes and expounds the internal and external demands of the university network public opinion leading to the socialist core value system. This paper clarifies the necessity and value of constructing the leading mechanism of socialist core value system in view of network public opinion in colleges and universities. Secondly, through the elaboration of the content and function of "leading mechanism", it is convenient to better understand the relationship between network public opinion in colleges and universities and the leading mechanism of socialist core value system, and to clarify the leading work of network public opinion in colleges and universities. To improve the scientific nature and consciousness of the construction of "leading mechanism". Thirdly, aiming at the special group of colleges and universities, the author puts forward that the construction of "leading mechanism" should follow the principles of directionality, pertinence and hierarchy. Finally, from attaching importance to the education of the socialist core value system, improving the identity of the socialist core value system, and increasing the propaganda of the socialist core value system, Paying attention to the four aspects of socialist core value system to network information guiding function and its function, this paper expounds the way of constructing "leading mechanism". In order to give full play to the leading function of the socialist core value system to the network public opinion of colleges and universities, to create a good campus network environment, to form a strong public opinion in the network ideological and political education work, and finally to "arm people with scientific theory," The purpose of guiding people with correct public opinion, shaping people with noble spirit and inspiring people with excellent works.
