【摘要】：在歐美發(fā)達(dá)國家"再造本科教育"的風(fēng)潮下,墨西哥蒙特雷科技大學(xué)也把培養(yǎng)本科生研究創(chuàng)新能力作為其大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)型的重要策略之一。在組織形式上,積極扶持服務(wù)本科生研究的聯(lián)合研究席位的創(chuàng)設(shè);在課程設(shè)計(jì)上,積極推行以"研究為本"的研究創(chuàng)新類課程;在教學(xué)方式上,大力實(shí)施"研中教"的嵌入式教學(xué)方式和"研中學(xué)"的"研究實(shí)習(xí)"實(shí)踐方式。蒙特雷科技大學(xué)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示我們應(yīng)把培養(yǎng)本科生研究創(chuàng)新能力放在學(xué)校戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展高度,大力開發(fā)本科生研究創(chuàng)新的潛力;有效整合創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與研究創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng),推動(dòng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)向創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的高層次發(fā)展;從組織變革、機(jī)制改革等方面積極創(chuàng)設(shè)利于本科生參與、融入研究的環(huán)境;積極推行以研究為本的課程教學(xué)改革。
[Abstract]:Under the trend of "reconstructing undergraduate education" in developed countries in Europe and America, Monterey University of Science and Technology of Mexico also regards cultivating undergraduate research and innovation ability as one of the important strategies of university transformation. In the form of organization, we should actively support the establishment of joint research seats for undergraduate students; actively promote research-based research and innovation courses in curriculum design; and in teaching methods, Carry out the embedded teaching method of "the middle school of research" and the practice way of "research practice" of "the middle school of research". The successful experience of Monterey University of Science and Technology suggests that we should put the cultivation of undergraduates' research and innovation ability on the high level of the university's strategic development, vigorously develop the potential of undergraduate's research and innovation, and effectively integrate entrepreneurship education with the cultivation of research and innovation ability. Promote students' entrepreneurship to the high-level development of innovative entrepreneurship; from the organizational changes, mechanism reform and other aspects to actively create conducive to undergraduate participation, into the research environment; actively promote research-based curriculum teaching reform.
