新疆地區(qū)高等醫(yī)學(xué)院校師資培訓(xùn)調(diào)研及影響因素分析

【摘要】:目的:通過對新疆地區(qū)普通高等院校2005年至2010年專任教師情況及新疆地區(qū)高等本科院校2006年至2010年師資培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀了解基礎(chǔ)上,以新疆某高等醫(yī)學(xué)院校為實例,全面調(diào)研該校師資培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀及影響因素。針對培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀及影響因素進行分析論證,,為該高等醫(yī)學(xué)院校師資培訓(xùn)工作的良好發(fā)展提供有利的對策與建議。方法:采用文獻查閱、相關(guān)統(tǒng)計年報及文件資料、訪談、問卷調(diào)查法、運用SPSS17.0、MATLAB統(tǒng)計軟件及灰色系統(tǒng)理論、柯氏四維模型等方法,以該校全體專任教師為研究對象,從基本情況、個人壓力、培訓(xùn)需求、培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀、培訓(xùn)績效、政策了解及建議六個方面進行深入研究分析。結(jié)果:通過對調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計分析,新疆地區(qū)普通高等院校師資隊伍建設(shè)良好發(fā)展。調(diào)查對象新疆某高等醫(yī)學(xué)院校師資培訓(xùn)工作總體上到位,學(xué)校高度重視師資培訓(xùn)工作,但存在幾點不足:(1)教師積極性有待進一步提高。(2)培訓(xùn)績效不高,缺乏考核體系。(3)培訓(xùn)對象選拔制度缺位。(4)師資進修經(jīng)費劃撥欠合理。(5)培訓(xùn)政策宣傳不到位。結(jié)論:(1)創(chuàng)新機制、完善體系,提高教師積極性。利用PDCA循環(huán)思想建立長效發(fā)展機制。(2)規(guī)范培訓(xùn)流程,建立績效評價體系。(3)建立培訓(xùn)對象選拔制度。根據(jù)教師業(yè)務(wù)能力及師德師風(fēng)綜合考慮,選拔合適培養(yǎng)對象,做好人才梯隊建設(shè)。(4)增加經(jīng)費投入、合理配置。運用灰色系統(tǒng)理論建立預(yù)測模型,了解經(jīng)費未來投入趨勢。(5)提升大學(xué)文化、營造環(huán)境,加大宣傳。為廣大教師營造學(xué)習(xí)氣氛濃厚的文化環(huán)境,使教師樹立積極的培訓(xùn)觀念和競爭意識,推進培訓(xùn)工作,來推動學(xué)校更好發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the current situation of full-time teachers in colleges and universities in Xinjiang from 2005 to 2010 and the current situation of teachers' training in colleges and universities in Xinjiang from 2006 to 2010, and take a medical college in Xinjiang as an example. A comprehensive survey of the current situation of teacher training and influencing factors in the school. The present situation of training and its influencing factors are analyzed and demonstrated to provide favorable countermeasures and suggestions for the good development of teacher training in this medical college. Methods: by means of literature review, relevant statistical annual reports and documents, interviews, questionnaires, SPSS 17.0 MATLAB statistical software and grey system theory, Cor's four-dimensional model and so on, all the full-time teachers of the school were taken as the research objects, from the basic situation. Personal pressure, training needs, training status, training performance, policy understanding and advice six aspects of in-depth research and analysis. Results: through the statistical analysis of the investigation data, the construction of teaching staff in Xinjiang general colleges and universities developed well. The teachers training work of a medical college in Xinjiang is in place, and the school attaches great importance to the teacher training work, but there are several deficiencies: 1) the enthusiasm of teachers needs to be further improved. 2) the performance of training is not high. Lack of examination system. 3) absence of training object selection system. 4) allocation of funds for teacher training is unreasonable. 5) propaganda of training policy is not in place. Conclusion 1) innovating mechanism, perfecting system and improving teachers' enthusiasm. Using the idea of PDCA cycle to establish a long-term development mechanism. 2) to standardize the training process, and to establish a performance evaluation system. 3) to establish a training object selection system. According to the comprehensive consideration of the professional ability of teachers and the style of teachers, the suitable training object should be selected, and the personnel echelon construction should be done well. Using the grey system theory to set up the forecast model, to understand the future investment trend of the funds, to promote the university culture, to create the environment, and to increase the propaganda. In order to promote the better development of the school, we should create a strong cultural environment for the teachers, set up the positive training concept and competition consciousness, and promote the training work.
