【摘要】：新時期,我國高等教育事業(yè)隨著社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的迅猛發(fā)展不斷進步。高等教育社會化深入開展,為高校工作帶來了無限的機遇。同時,也為如何做好新時期高等教育工作,培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的高校畢業(yè)生帶來了挑戰(zhàn)。高校的蓬勃發(fā)展必然使高校校園文化和學生社團得到繁榮。本文通過對高校學生社團的研究,充分挖掘學生社團的育人功能,對高校人才培養(yǎng)具有重要的意義。 本文由四個部分構成： 第一部分闡述了本文研究的背景及研究意義,對國內(nèi)外的相關研究文獻進行了綜述,說明了本文的主要研究方法及創(chuàng)新點。 第二部分對高校學生社團育人功能的基本理論問題進行了概述。闡述了學生社團的概念、特點、類型及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析當前高校學生社團的基本現(xiàn)狀,并從育人角度出發(fā),闡述了高校社團在培養(yǎng)學生思想、行為、技術、實踐等方面的作用,并對其潛在的意義進行分析。 第三部分是對高校學生社團育人功能的現(xiàn)狀分析。論文總結了高校學生社團在育人方面取得的成績,深入分析了存在的問題,主要包括：成效單一、發(fā)展不足、創(chuàng)新不足。 第四部分探討了加強高校學生社團育人功能的措施。在有充分調(diào)查的基礎上,針對目前存在的突出問題,從思想重視、政策保障、創(chuàng)新活動等探討了加強高校學生社團育人功能的措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of socialist market economy , China ' s higher education has made great progress with the rapid development of socialist market economy .

This article consists of four parts :

In the first part , the background and significance of the study are described , and the related research literatures at home and abroad are reviewed , and the main research methods and innovation points are described .

The second part gives an overview of the basic theory of the function of college students ' associations . The paper expounds the concept , characteristics , types and development status of the student community , analyzes the basic situation of the current college students ' community and expounds the function of the college community in the cultivation of students ' thought , behavior , technology , practice and so on from the perspective of educating people , and analyzes its potential significance .

The third part is the analysis of the current situation of the function of the college students ' community education . The paper summarizes the achievements of the college students ' community in the field of educating people , and analyzes the existing problems deeply , including : single effect , insufficient development and insufficient innovation .

The fourth part discusses the measures to strengthen the function of educating people in college students . On the basis of sufficient investigation , aiming at the existing problems , the measures to strengthen the function of college students ' community education are discussed .
