【摘要】：產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作專利尤其是校企合作專利的轉(zhuǎn)化潛力相對(duì)較強(qiáng),合作專利數(shù)量能夠較好地表征一所高校的科技創(chuàng)新能力和技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移潛力,因而是高校創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的重要體現(xiàn)。數(shù)據(jù)分析顯示,部屬高校的國(guó)內(nèi)合作專利總數(shù)呈快速增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì),但合作專利在專利總數(shù)中的占比相對(duì)穩(wěn)定,這表明產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作研發(fā)的規(guī)模在穩(wěn)步提升的同時(shí),合作的深度并未有顯著提高。行業(yè)性院校、理工綜合類高校已經(jīng)具備了較強(qiáng)的合作專利研發(fā)能力,校企合作已經(jīng)成為其合作專利研發(fā)的主要形式,而少數(shù)文理類、農(nóng)林類高校表現(xiàn)不佳。在協(xié)同創(chuàng)新視域下,高校和政府層面應(yīng)該鼓勵(lì)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作專利研發(fā)活動(dòng),將其納入相關(guān)評(píng)價(jià)體系,以不斷提升科技成果的市場(chǎng)轉(zhuǎn)化潛力。
[Abstract]:The cooperative patent of industry, college and research, especially the cooperation patent of school and enterprise, has relatively strong transformation potential. The number of cooperative patents can better characterize the technological innovation ability and the technology transfer potential of a university, so it is an important embodiment of the university's entrepreneurial ability. The data analysis shows that the total number of domestic cooperation patents of subordinate colleges and universities is increasing rapidly, but the proportion of cooperative patents in the total number of patents is relatively stable, which indicates that the scale of industrial, university and research cooperation R & D is increasing steadily at the same time. The depth of cooperation has not increased significantly. Industrial colleges and universities of science and technology have strong ability of cooperative patent research and development. Cooperation between school and enterprise has become the main form of cooperative patent research and development, while a few colleges and universities of arts, science, agriculture and forestry have not performed well. From the perspective of collaborative innovation, universities and governments should encourage the cooperation of industry, university and research in patent research and development, and bring them into the relevant evaluation system, so as to continuously enhance the market transformation potential of scientific and technological achievements.
