【摘要】：以即時(shí)性、互動(dòng)性、多元性為特點(diǎn)的“微時(shí)代”深刻地影響著大學(xué)生的生活方式、思維方式和行為方式,也給新時(shí)期大學(xué)生思想引導(dǎo)工作帶來(lái)挑戰(zhàn),如何在“微時(shí)代”善待微民,善納微言,善用微技,直接影響著大學(xué)生思想引導(dǎo)工作的成敗,這需要思想政治工作者轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)理念,主動(dòng)適應(yīng)時(shí)代趨勢(shì),提升自身素質(zhì),不斷創(chuàng)新工作方式,為大學(xué)生思想的健康發(fā)展保駕護(hù)航。
[Abstract]:The micro - era , characterized by temporality , interactivity and diversity , profoundly affects the way of life , mode of thinking and behavior of college students . It also presents challenges to the ideological guidance work of college students in the new period . How to treat the students in the " micro - era " is the success or failure of the guiding work of college students . This requires the ideological and political workers to change the traditional idea , actively adapt to the times trend , improve their quality , innovate the way of work , and guarantee the healthy development of college students ' thought .
