【摘要】：實(shí)踐是馬克思主義科學(xué)世界觀和方法論的理論核心和本質(zhì)特征,是馬克思主義哲學(xué)最精髓的環(huán)節(jié),也是馬克思主義哲學(xué)區(qū)別于歷史上以往任何哲學(xué)的基礎(chǔ),所以如何正確理解馬克思主義實(shí)踐觀,成為正確理解整個(gè)馬克思主義理論體系的關(guān)鍵。隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,藝術(shù)類專業(yè)如雨后春筍般悄然而生,并以日益蓬勃的發(fā)展勁頭在高校中發(fā)展,國家多次提出建設(shè)創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐型人才的號(hào)召,在此背景下,深入研究馬克思主義實(shí)踐觀,切實(shí)可行的在藝術(shù)類高校開展職業(yè)規(guī)劃指導(dǎo)對培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐型的高級(jí)藝術(shù)類人才有著深遠(yuǎn)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,本文以藝術(shù)類高校職業(yè)規(guī)劃指導(dǎo)為研究對象,分析了目前我國藝術(shù)類高校的學(xué)生特點(diǎn)及職業(yè)規(guī)劃發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及成因,運(yùn)用馬克思主義實(shí)踐觀的基本理論對職業(yè)規(guī)劃進(jìn)行科學(xué)的統(tǒng)籌分析,將藝術(shù)類高校職業(yè)規(guī)劃指導(dǎo)納入馬克思主義實(shí)踐觀的視域中,系統(tǒng)闡述了馬克思主義實(shí)踐觀指導(dǎo)下藝術(shù)類高校職業(yè)規(guī)劃指導(dǎo)應(yīng)該如何轉(zhuǎn)變固有思路,樹立科學(xué)的發(fā)展觀,緊密圍繞人的主體性,充分發(fā)揮人的主觀能動(dòng)性,豐富校內(nèi)外實(shí)踐載體的建設(shè),積極促進(jìn)實(shí)踐環(huán)境的建設(shè),尊重發(fā)展規(guī)律,注重階段性指導(dǎo),多角度全面提升藝術(shù)類大學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)與就業(yè)成功率,培養(yǎng)更多更好的藝術(shù)類高級(jí)創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐型人才。
[Abstract]:Practice is the theoretical core and essential feature of Marxist scientific world outlook and methodology, the most essential link of Marxist philosophy, and the basis of the difference between Marxist philosophy and any previous philosophy in history. Therefore, how to correctly understand the Marxist view of practice becomes the key to the correct understanding of the whole Marxist theoretical system. With the rapid development of knowledge economy, art majors have sprung up quietly. And with the increasingly vigorous development in colleges and universities, the state has repeatedly proposed to build innovative practical talents, under this background, in-depth study of Marxist view of practice, It is of great practical significance to develop career planning guidance in art colleges and universities in order to cultivate innovative and practical talents of higher art. This paper takes career planning guidance of art colleges and universities as the research object. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the students of art colleges and universities in our country and the present situation and causes of the development of career planning, and applies the basic theory of Marxist view of practice to carry out a scientific and overall analysis of the career planning. This paper introduces the guidance of career planning in art colleges and universities into the perspective of Marxist view of practice, and expounds systematically how the guidance of career planning of art colleges and universities under the guidance of Marxist view of practice should change the inherent ideas and establish a scientific concept of development. Closely surrounding human subjectivity, giving full play to man's subjective initiative, enriching the construction of practical carriers inside and outside the school, actively promoting the construction of practical environment, respecting the law of development, paying attention to stage guidance, To improve the comprehensive quality and employment success rate of art college students from various angles, and to train more and better creative and practical talents of art category.
