【摘要】：“2004年,中共中央、國(guó)務(wù)院緊急頒布了一項(xiàng)文件,即《中共中央國(guó)務(wù)院關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的意見(jiàn)》,明確提出加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育是一項(xiàng)重大而緊迫的戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)�！苯懈咝Ｊ情_(kāi)展大學(xué)生思想政治教育、培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生思想政治品德的重要場(chǎng)所,針對(duì)目前高校思想政治教育方式過(guò)分單一且單方灌輸為主、教育成效不大的現(xiàn)狀,如何以馬克思主義為指導(dǎo),推進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育,增強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育的有效性,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生優(yōu)良思想政治品德的養(yǎng)成是當(dāng)前我國(guó)思想政治教育工作面臨的新的重大課題。馬克思主義是貫徹本文研究寫(xiě)作的根本觀點(diǎn)和根本方向,作者查閱并參考了大量的研究成果與論文資料,對(duì)以精神引領(lǐng)的方式促進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治品德的養(yǎng)成進(jìn)行多方面探討。 全文共分為四章。第一章探討了思想政治品德養(yǎng)成的基本內(nèi)涵。本章對(duì)思想政治品德的概念及內(nèi)在結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了研究分析,隨后從思想政治品德認(rèn)知、思想政治品德情感、思想政治品德信念、思想政治品德意志和思想政治品德行為幾個(gè)方面探討了思想政治品德在整個(gè)品德體系中的地位與作用,并重點(diǎn)介紹了思想政治品德養(yǎng)成的內(nèi)容及特點(diǎn)。思想政治品德的養(yǎng)成有著三個(gè)特點(diǎn)：明確的政治性和意識(shí)形態(tài)性、強(qiáng)烈的滲透性和實(shí)踐性、顯著的民主性和主體性等特點(diǎn)。 第二章探討了大學(xué)生思想政治品德養(yǎng)成與精神引領(lǐng)的關(guān)聯(lián)。精神引領(lǐng)在大學(xué)生思想政治品德的養(yǎng)成中有著極其重要的地位,具體表現(xiàn)在：意識(shí)形態(tài)的領(lǐng)域斗爭(zhēng)的迫切需要；社會(huì)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要；思想政治教育內(nèi)容創(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)實(shí)要求；教育目標(biāo)及大學(xué)生自身發(fā)展的內(nèi)在需求。我們需要通過(guò)精神引領(lǐng)來(lái)加強(qiáng)教育,增強(qiáng)學(xué)生的責(zé)任感和使命感,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治品德的養(yǎng)成。 第三章探討了大學(xué)生思想政治品德養(yǎng)成中的精神引領(lǐng)現(xiàn)狀�？偨Y(jié)以精神引領(lǐng)促進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治品德養(yǎng)成的基本經(jīng)驗(yàn),比如精神引領(lǐng)鞏固了馬克思主義在高校中的指導(dǎo)地位；精神引領(lǐng)促進(jìn)了大學(xué)生思想道德素質(zhì)的共同進(jìn)步；精神引領(lǐng)推進(jìn)了高校自身發(fā)展。并重點(diǎn)提出精神引領(lǐng)的不足與問(wèn)題,包括高校馬克思主義地位有待加強(qiáng),西方社會(huì)思潮的沖擊導(dǎo)致大學(xué)生精神世界危機(jī),網(wǎng)絡(luò)霸權(quán)侵害中國(guó)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化,思想政治教育方法過(guò)于簡(jiǎn)單化并過(guò)分強(qiáng)調(diào)單向灌輸?shù)�。隨后強(qiáng)調(diào)以精神引領(lǐng)促進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治品德養(yǎng)成的必要性。 第四章探討了以精神引領(lǐng)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治品德養(yǎng)成的戰(zhàn)略舉措與實(shí)施途徑。包括加強(qiáng)全球化背景下對(duì)大學(xué)生精神引領(lǐng)的重視,積極應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)外負(fù)面社會(huì)思潮的沖擊,鞏固高校馬克思主義理論教育的核心地位,發(fā)揮社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系在大學(xué)生思想政治教育中的作用�？傊�,以精神引領(lǐng)為動(dòng)力,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治品德教育,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生優(yōu)良思想政治品德的養(yǎng)成。
[Abstract]:"on 2004, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued an emergency document. Marxism is the fundamental point and direction of carrying out the research and writing of this article. The author consulted and consulted a large number of research results and papers, and discussed how to promote the cultivation of college students' ideological and political character in the way of spiritual guidance. This paper is divided into four chapters. The first chapter discusses the basic connotation of the cultivation of ideological and political morality. The second chapter discusses the relationship between the cultivation of college students' ideological and political morality and spiritual guidance, which plays an extremely important role in the cultivation of college students' ideological and political character, which is manifested in the urgent need of ideological struggle in the field of ideology; The realistic needs of social development, the realistic requirements of ideological and political education content innovation, the educational goals and the inherent needs of college students' own development. We need to strengthen education through spiritual guidance, and enhance students' sense of responsibility and mission. To promote the cultivation of ideological and political morality of college students. The third chapter discusses the status quo of spiritual guidance in the cultivation of college students' ideological and political character, and summarizes the basic experience of promoting the cultivation of college students' ideological and political character by spiritual guidance, for example, spiritual guidance has consolidated the guiding position of Marxism in colleges and universities; Spiritual guidance has promoted the common progress of college students' ideological and moral quality, and spiritual guidance has promoted the development of colleges and universities themselves, and put forward emphatically the deficiencies and problems of spiritual guidance, including the need to strengthen the position of Marxism in colleges and universities. The impact of western social trends of thought led to the spiritual world crisis of college students, and network hegemony infringed upon China's excellent traditional culture. The methods of ideological and political education are too simplistic and emphasis on unidirectional indoctrination, and the necessity of promoting the cultivation of college students' ideological and political character by spirit is emphasized. Chapter 4th discusses the strategic measures and implementation ways to further strengthen the cultivation of college students' ideological, political and moral character with spiritual guidance, including strengthening the emphasis on college students' spiritual guidance under the background of globalization, and actively coping with the impact of negative social trends of thought abroad. To consolidate the core position of Marxist theoretical education in colleges and universities, to give play to the role of the socialist core value system in the ideological and political education of college students.
