中外合作辦學(xué)高校學(xué)生評(píng)教理論與方法研究

【摘要】:中外合作辦學(xué)高校的教學(xué)質(zhì)量一直是學(xué)校、教學(xué)管理部門、教師和學(xué)生普遍關(guān)注的問題,教學(xué)質(zhì)量的好壞直接影響學(xué)生的發(fā)展,加強(qiáng)中外合作辦學(xué)高校課堂教學(xué)方面的評(píng)價(jià)可以有效的保障教學(xué)質(zhì)量的穩(wěn)步提高,從而促進(jìn)整個(gè)高校的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 首先,本文詳細(xì)闡明了學(xué)生評(píng)教的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究背景及研究意義,提出了中外合作辦學(xué)高校及學(xué)生評(píng)教的概念,分析總結(jié)了學(xué)生評(píng)教的理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次,著重分析了中外合作辦學(xué)高校學(xué)生的評(píng)教現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)了學(xué)生評(píng)教存在的主要問題,,討論了影響學(xué)生評(píng)教的多種因素,揭示了中外合作辦學(xué)高校學(xué)生、教師及課程的特點(diǎn)。 第三,提出了學(xué)生評(píng)教目的及評(píng)教目標(biāo),確定了學(xué)生評(píng)教指標(biāo)體系,引入灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析模型用于建立學(xué)生評(píng)教定量模型。 第四,構(gòu)建了歐美學(xué)院的學(xué)生評(píng)教方案,提出評(píng)教方案由評(píng)教范圍、評(píng)教規(guī)程、評(píng)教數(shù)據(jù)的采集與處理、評(píng)教結(jié)果的計(jì)算與分析和評(píng)教結(jié)果的使用五個(gè)方面構(gòu)成,詳細(xì)討論了學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)數(shù)據(jù)的采集與處理方法,通過實(shí)例具體說明了評(píng)價(jià)計(jì)算分析的步驟,最后提出了歐美學(xué)院學(xué)生評(píng)教方案應(yīng)用的保障措施。
[Abstract]:The quality of teaching in Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run colleges and universities has always been a matter of general concern to schools, teaching management departments, teachers and students. The quality of teaching directly affects the development of students. Strengthening the evaluation of classroom teaching in Chinese-foreign cooperative colleges and universities can effectively guarantee the steady improvement of teaching quality and thus promote the sustainable development of the whole university. First of all, this paper expounds the current research situation, background and significance of students' evaluation of teaching, puts forward the concepts of Sino-foreign cooperative universities and students' evaluation of teaching, and analyzes and summarizes the theoretical basis of students' evaluation of teaching. Secondly, it analyzes the current situation of students' evaluation of teaching in Chinese-foreign cooperative universities, summarizes the main problems existing in students' evaluation of education, discusses various factors that affect students' evaluation of teaching, and reveals the students of Chinese-foreign cooperative universities and colleges. The characteristics of teachers and curricula. Thirdly, the paper puts forward the purpose and goal of students' evaluation of teaching, determines the index system of students' evaluation of teaching, and introduces the grey relational analysis model to establish the quantitative model of students' evaluation of teaching. In 4th, the students' evaluation scheme of European and American colleges is constructed, which consists of five aspects: the scope of teaching evaluation, the rules of teaching evaluation, the collection and processing of evaluation data, the calculation and analysis of evaluation results and the use of teaching evaluation results. This paper discusses in detail the methods of collecting and processing student evaluation data, explains the steps of evaluation calculation and analysis in detail through examples, and finally puts forward the guarantee measures for the application of students' evaluation scheme in European and American colleges.
