【摘要】：大學(xué)生宿舍網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化建設(shè)與管理問題已經(jīng)成為社會和全國各高校普遍關(guān)注的熱點問題，它為高校在傳統(tǒng)教育教學(xué)方式基礎(chǔ)上開辟了一條新的育人途徑。近年來，大學(xué)生宿舍網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化建設(shè)已經(jīng)逐漸受到高校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和在校師生的關(guān)注，政府、社會和高校也在加大對大學(xué)生宿舍網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化建設(shè)的支持力度。加強大學(xué)生宿舍網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化建設(shè)對發(fā)揮第二課堂作用，深化高等教育教學(xué)改革、提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量、促進(jìn)大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展有著重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文首先對大學(xué)生宿舍網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的相關(guān)概念和理論進(jìn)行梳理、概括，通過文獻(xiàn)綜述，對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的大學(xué)生宿舍網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理和比較，借鑒和學(xué)習(xí)國內(nèi)外大學(xué)生宿舍網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化建設(shè)與管理方面先進(jìn)的理念和方法，以此找出河北省大學(xué)生宿舍網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化教育存在的問題。其次，設(shè)計調(diào)查問卷對河北省大學(xué)生宿舍網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行摸排，通過SPSS17.0中文版軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行回收、統(tǒng)計和處理，整理并分析出了河北省大學(xué)生宿舍網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化建設(shè)和管理面臨的情況，并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了目前河北省大學(xué)生宿舍網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化建設(shè)存在的問題。最后，在前文分析整理的基礎(chǔ)上，總結(jié)出河北省大學(xué)生宿舍網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化建設(shè)與管理的主要經(jīng)驗，并根據(jù)調(diào)研問卷中所反映出的一些問題從加強河北省大學(xué)生宿舍網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)；建立河北省大學(xué)生宿舍網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息交互和資源共享平臺；建立健全河北省大學(xué)生宿舍網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理規(guī)范化制度；加強河北省大學(xué)生宿舍網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理教育力度；建設(shè)和諧、順暢的河北省大學(xué)生宿舍網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化；注重方式方法，培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生自主管理意識；轉(zhuǎn)變觀念促進(jìn)大學(xué)生宿舍網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化管理隊伍建設(shè)；建設(shè)健康的大學(xué)生宿舍網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化，凈化網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境等八個方面提出了具體的解決措施和建議。希望通過此項研究，能夠有助于改善河北省大學(xué)生宿舍網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化建設(shè)與管理的現(xiàn)狀，，提高河北省大學(xué)生利用宿舍網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行日常學(xué)習(xí)和科研的效率，努力提高自身的綜合素質(zhì)，為國家培養(yǎng)出高素質(zhì)人才。
[Abstract]:The construction and management of college dormitory network culture has become a hot issue of social and national colleges and universities, which has opened up a new way to educate people on the basis of traditional education and teaching methods in colleges and universities in recent years. The construction of the network culture of college students' dormitories has gradually attracted the attention of university leaders and teachers and students. The government, The society and universities are also increasing their support for the construction of the network culture of college students' dormitories. Strengthening the construction of the network culture of college students' dormitories will play a role in the second classroom, deepen the reform of higher education teaching, and improve the quality of personnel training. It is of great practical significance to promote the all-round development of college students. This paper firstly combs and summarizes the related concepts and theories of the network culture of college students' dormitory, summarizes, through the literature review, combs and compares the current situation of the research on the network culture of the college students' dormitory at home and abroad. Learn from the advanced ideas and methods in the construction and management of college students' dormitory network culture at home and abroad, so as to find out the problems existing in the network culture education of college students' dormitories in Hebei Province. Secondly, Design a questionnaire on the status quo of college students' dormitory network culture construction in Hebei Province, through the SPSS17.0 software for data recovery, statistics and processing, This paper collates and analyzes the situation of the network culture construction and management of college students' dormitory in Hebei Province, and analyzes the problems existing in the construction of the network culture of college students' dormitory in Hebei Province. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, This paper summarizes the main experience of the network culture construction and management of college students' dormitory in Hebei Province, and strengthens the network infrastructure construction of college students' dormitory in Hebei Province according to some problems reflected in the questionnaire. Establish the network information exchange and resource sharing platform of college students' dormitory in Hebei Province; establish and improve the standardized system of the network management of college students' dormitory in Hebei Province; strengthen the education of the network management of college students' dormitory in Hebei Province; construct harmony, The smooth network culture of college students' dormitory in Hebei Province; pay attention to ways and methods, cultivate the consciousness of independent management of college students; change ideas and promote the construction of network culture management team of college students' dormitory; construct healthy network culture of college students' dormitory, Eight aspects, such as purifying the network environment, are put forward with concrete measures and suggestions. It is hoped that this study will help to improve the present situation of the construction and management of the network culture of college students' dormitories in Hebei Province. To improve the efficiency of daily study and scientific research of college students in Hebei province by using dormitory network, to improve their comprehensive quality, and to cultivate high-quality talents for the country.
